The hotel was very clean and the staff was accomodating. Some of the things I did not care for:
*Paying for valet parking was annoying.
*Towels... I booked a room for four people and the room was prepared with just three towels. The towels were not changed after our first day which is standard, but there is no place to hang the towels to dry.
Water...I really appreciated the fruit flavored water station by the elevator. However it was often empty so it could not be enjoyed.
*Outside seating area... we went out to eat our dinner on the patio area next to the pool and we had to sit in the dark since there were no lights to turn on.
*Shuttle service...Loved this, would be better if you specified that the shuttle only services rides to the Broadway area and does not provide pick up to get back to the hotel.

Clean, front desk was nice enough, it was 84° when I arrived, and room ac wasn’t on. Took a while to cool it down.

Hotel was beautiful, easy check in, and easy access to elevators. The problem for us is you have no choice but to valet which is $38. The free breakfast wasn’t really breakfast at all. They are doing construction right by the hotel which started at 6am! You can hear everything going on. Didn’t get much sleep with all the noise in the hallway as well. Just not a great experience, but it is a beautiful place.

A guy in the front desk was rude his whole shift to us. Someone hit my car that I had left with the valet. When I tried connecting to the WiFi, it wouldn’t let me. And the service person was rude because I didn’t want to give him my IP address.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. My favorite part, other than the friendly staff, is the free shuttle services. Jeremy is incredibly kind and helped me get to places that were close, just not walking-friendly. The hotel is clean and they have very helpful staff and amenities.
The view from my window, however, wasn't the best (see photo).

Hotel facilities are very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Valet parking was somewhat problematic at times but the staff was friendly and helpful.
