Travelled to Kells as part of a golf society outing, staying at the Headfort Arms over two nights. The service was superb and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent with the cooked breakfast amongst the best I've had. Only a minor issue but I was located on the 2nd floor and on the Saturday evening the music from the lounge could be heard until the small hours so if you are looking for a early night then request a room on the upper floors. Otherwise, could not fault it. Didn't get a chance to sample the Spa and other facilities but really enjoyed the trip and can thoroughly recommend the hotel.

I had a lovely stay in the Headfort Arms Hotels , The rooms are very comfortable and of good size , They are extremely clean, When I'm in County Meath on business I usually stay there and they are good value , The Bar food is very good and the staff are very friendly , A nice family owned business who look after their customers , I can highly recommend it

We took a last minute value break and we were not disappointed From the moment of our arrival until departure we were so well cared for The attention to detail is superb we enjoyed dinner on both evenings and delicious breakfast with great choice Will look forward to returning to the hotel again

The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Food was delicious. The rooms were great size and spotless, house cleaning came in everyday. We got an amazing deal through Pigsback and we would definitely book again in the future. Lovely big open fire was going every night. Olivia, one of the family who own the hotel was so lovely and so genuine which you don’t always get. Well done Headfort arms

Had a very nice early bird meal here the other day. Caesar salad, beef and creme egg cheese cake My wife went for chickenpenne pasta. The waitresses were very friendly. The decor is very nice as well. A nice alternative to fast food. We'll be back

If I could give a 3.5 I would as its better than average but not very good. Firstly it looks lovely when you arrive and the staff are so friendly and helpful which you couldn't fault. The breakfast is clearly very fresh and so tasty. But, the difference between the lovely decor downstairs and then going to the rooms was strange. It was like going from a lovely country pub to walking along a ships corridor. The restaurant could also really do with a good clean especially the carpets. The evening menu was quiet expensive so very small portions as well but this may have been because we ordered the specials. I will probably be back but needs a few tweaks.

Stayed there the weekend before last. From arrival room was spotless shower bath very nice room. Had a meal in the vanilla pod and it was excellent. Food and drink have got expensive in Ireland but when it’s of the quality it was you don’t mind paying for it. Staff excellent very friendly great welcome from them as if they wanted you to enjoy the experience not just the late smile hi how are you! The breakfast was also excellent great choice and very fresh. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was neat, tidy, and well kept in good repair. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly and helpful team. The restaurant food and service were excellent. It is a popular spot with visitors and locals alike.

From the very outset we received a warm welcome and it lasted until we left. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Entertainment second to none and food was delicious. Will be staying here again The rest of my family agreed with every thing I have said..
