Worst hotel to book in Naraina Vihar, these people are thiefs , we have booked non veg dinner for our Mehndi ceremony which they have charged 900 per plate but provided third class veg food which was 500 per plate, when we shared our concerns with the hotel these people misbehaved with our guest and asked for full money and not refunded the difference 400 per plate. These people promised that the hotel is family friendly, but couple were roaming around everywhere, very pathetic service. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU ALL IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL AND HAPPY FUNCTION NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS WORST HOTEL.

Worst Hotel Worst Staff Worst MD Everything in this hotel is worst I booked this for my wedding we are travelling from so far this and they spoiled the rooms were dirty staff are rude beign a bride i am standing at reception to check for the room we came at 2 for the room and they lastly gave the room at 4 pm to us at my wedding no curtosy

Staff is very humble. Propert is nice. Fooding is well. Service is ontine. Parking facility available. Location is also on road. All transportation available. Neat and clean property. Madam pooja greeted me well.

The room is spacious and good. The staff is very responsive and good. The food is amazing, honestly better than restaurants. Comfortable stay for the price. I can recommend this to others as well. Overall happy experience

My first ever trip to Delhi has been such an amazing one & credit goes to the whole hotel staff who helped us in ***y ways .They took good care of us...we never felt that we are away from home at any single moment.morning typical breakfast was excellent.reception staff & other staff as well were so friendly and helpful...we stayed only for few days but we were welcomed as family members not clients..thank u all guys pooja bharat ,mr mahesh ,mr ramesh ect..sorry if i forgot to mention some names..but u guys are well trained for your jobs...keep it up..will surely recommend ur hotel to others...kind regards Ruggobur family😘

For a 3 star hotel I expected the sheets to be clean, a working ac unit as advertised and a clean dining area. There were cockroaches near the buffet station in the basement.

Gd staff ,helpful and nice. Location is very good.good hu*** being and kind for all.just feel like home. This is a good hotel for stay with or without family. All the hotel staff are very cooperative.

Excellent arrangement found in the room. Cleanliness of the room is well maintained . Staff behavior also excellent & they are very cooperative. Quality food is served in the hotel. Location is very good. Pooja and Bharat are very good in their behavior.
