Quality of food is good, location, room are excellent, Fantastic room, super comfortable, great amenities, super helpful staff. If you want to stay somewhere very nice on the way to or from the airport, this is a great option.

Luxurious Room with great breakfast buffet and friendly staff An upscale hotel. Best hotel breakfast ever. Room was large and very nice. Most of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Lots of seating in the lobby. Security guards monitoring all entrances.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airports and easily accessible by taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast were sumptuous and delicious. The bed is comfortable, the linen of good quality

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

A really easy option for an over night stay in Delhi, close to the airport. Quick check in, comfortable beds. Rooms are a little tired but still adequate for the stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A good range of options. The fresh dosa are a must try!!!

Location and area It’s very convenient. Came here to stay for a couple of nights before connecting flight, good location close to airport! In the morning it’s only 10-15 mins drive. Aerocity is a wonderful developed area - so many lovely restaurants and cafes with quality food for all ranges! I was surprised for the qualitative variety the area offers available for short time visiters! Room Nice comfortable bed, quiet and nice view, comfortable chairs and sofa, nice air ventilation! Toilet and bathroom Very clean! Hot water supply! Powerful enough shower! Ground floor dining restaurant Offers a wide variety of food, quality and tasty! Breakfast buffet is especially impressive! Staff and working team It’s the second time I stayed with Holiday Inn in different cities recently. One very strong impression is that the team - may it be front desk, or at the restaurant - every one is so friendly, attentive, and always wants to ensure you are being well looked after. The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.
