A perfect experience in the heart of Delhi. The hotel is extremely clean and easily accessible as it is on the highway. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The rooms are neat and tidy with the option of a balcony/terrace. Swimming pool is big and one can spend a good amount of time there. Overall a great pleasant experience.

The reception staff is very unprofessional, called once to check out the room, yet the reception girl Ta***na called 3 times, I was very disturbed in the room, I would never want to come to this hotel again..............👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

A really good and comfortable stay here at the Umrao. Amazing restaurant that provided a good variety in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was clean and in good standard. Water bottles were provided and the staff working here are great!

***gal singh tanwar does a great job He have always been attentive and helpful. His kind gesture was beyond satisfation. Rooms cleanliness were well maintained. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Hotel was beautiful, had a quiet stay , enjoyed the environment.

The staff is very cordial and super nice. Mr ***gal at the bell desk was very sweet and was available for every need that we asked for. Apart from that the check in and check out procedure was also very swift and there were no problems whatsoever.

The stay was fantastic. The staff is one of the best that I have seen. Front desk Arti checked us in early very smoothly Nitish from F&B helping at the banquet is just wonderful and went out pf the way to make us comfortable, Lokesh from Housekeeping was again very hospitable and pleasant

The property is good and the staff is helpful. The pool surroundings are a little unsafe. Multiple people slipped on it. But the stay and food was comfortable. It’s definitely great for families. We are a group of 5 families who have a membership and stay with them often.
