New Taipei Hot Spring Hotel Reviews

This hotel is a bit far from the MRT station, as it takes over 10 minutes to walk. However, the hotel environment is clean. The soundproofing is a bit poor, and the hotel doesn't provide toiletries like slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own. The reception does offer slippers for sale, but they come at a cost.

Comfortable spacious rooms. Love the bathroom either private hot spring. Staff were very friendly.

The in-room hot spring was nice, and the water was hot enough. The hotel is a bit old and seems like it hasn't been renovated in a long time. They only provide two bottles of water in the room, and there were no slippers, toothbrushes, or shower caps. Breakfast was very mediocre.

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. We were a group of four and asked for an extra pillow because theirs were too soft. However, the front desk staff (Mr. Fu Ming) said they could only give us one, which resulted in two of our elderly companions not getting any sleep all night. On top of that, I noticed that the fruit (pomelo) at breakfast was moldy, and they still dared to serve it to guests. It's unbelievable. Absolutely awful!

The location of New Taipei Hot Spring Hotel is pretty good. It is not far from either the Yellow (Circular) or the Green light train lines, those lines basically can take you to any major attractions in the city quickly and conveniently. The hotel is also close to the Mingquan road, that has many convenient stores (7-Eleven and Family marts) and restaurants. The area is very safe to walk in the night. The furniture in the hotel room is a bit old; the room that we stayed was Japanese style and was big; every thing is basic, good for people who don't have high expectations while staying in the room. The staff are friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions with details and they always smile. The breakfast is a little disappointing, not much options; but it is free. Would like to come back again in the future if stay in this area.

The hotel is a bit old but conveniently located near MRT. Room is spacious and the breakfast is acceptable. Many good restaurants around the area. However, no hand wash or even soap was provided in toilet next to the sink which caused tremendous inconvenience.

Nice place for people who enjoy hotspring, walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the rooms are huge, and all the water is natural hot spring water. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

We got upgraded to bigger room with 3 beds which was nice but the AC took long time to cool the room that I couldnt sleep for first night. Next day they gave us 2 fans for better circulation which helped alot. Not sure why the bathroom dont provide hand wash. Hot spring tub was good but the overall amenities are older but working well. Breakfast was very simple so dont expect much.

I stayed at Japanese room type so good big space.. with Onsen near MRT station many restaurants around Breakfast so good

There service is quite good,but one thing no good is night time their counter is no body there ,so when U need some help is quite troublesome 😅da room is really big ,we enjoy da hot spring in da room 😉

The hotel is located near a train station and easily accessible by buses. There are convenient stores and eateries around it. The hotel looks a bit old but it is clean and tidy. The bath tub is the key reason for me to pick this hotel. The bath water are from spring and certified by regulators.
