Hotels Near Sanxia Old Street in New Taipei City

It is right next to the community where the children live. There is a parking lot. It meets expectations. Good value for money. The room is large and clean. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. Breakfast is included in the booking. The counter staff and breakfast preparation staff were very polite. Will stay again at the end of June

I booked a hotel more than a month in advance and contacted the hotel counter to request a room on a high floor. However, I was later told that the restaurant company was having a wedding event and was overcrowded that day. It only took 1 minute to check in. The receptionist was impatient and arranged a room on a lower floor. I asked I was impatient even though I had no time. The parking lot was completely full and we circled around a few times. Fortunately, the security guard provided good service and gave us his private parking space. This is the only part worth thanking.

The room was large and clean, and everything needed was provided. It was nice to get two bottles of cold brew tea when checking in, and there was also bottled water in the room. The room I stayed in had a good view outside the window, and the overall experience was very good. I booked this hotel to watch a concert at Linkou Stadium. I will stay here again if I come to watch a concert next time. Breakfast is just enough food. It's not particularly delicious, but it's not bad. I personally think it's pretty good. It would be better if they had omelettes and scrambled eggs (didn't happen to them in those two days)

Grand Forward is a good place to stay Location is cool, 1 minute proximity to MRT station. Just through the entrance near reception and turn left. Night market is just 5 minutes walk away. Turn right after main entrance. Street games and dinner. Supermarket and traditional market nearby... can search for Nanxing Market.. good fruits and veggies for the soul and body Breakfast place is turn left after the other entrance. An old black and grey dog lives there. Yummy radish cake LuobaGao and fried egg.. milk tea also.. bring your own plate cup and utensil for a carefree breakfast best stay for a local taipei getaway will try the running route next time ~

The waiters during the day were not very nice and not very friendly. The attitude of the waiters at night was very good, much better than during the day. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. You can hear the hair dryer, chatting and even pressing buttons next door. One night, while sleeping in the middle of the night, I was suddenly startled awake by the sound of the door closing next door. The floor is not very clean and sticky. There is an unknown object somewhere on the floor, resembling particles of insect feces. It will itch if your feet step on it. Parking is very inconvenient. There is no fixed parking space for check-in or departure.

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed). Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open. Hope this helps others

Room is spacious and clean. Shower room and toilet are separate. Staff are polite and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon at 5pm and were recommended to have food at the next building's restaurant, which were special and delicious. Walking distance to train station is about 10 to 13 minutes, which is reasonable. We also tried the sandwiches and coffee breakfast downstairs before departure. We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights there!
