Good location with easy to access to public transport. A little bit upset that need 15 dollars to send bag from front door to hotel room. Not sure is standard charge.

The service at this hotel was truly awful. The front desk manager had an appalling attitude and frequently hung up on guests. They also unreasonably delayed my request for housekeeping, making me wait for a full 10 hours. The hotel's facilities were extremely run-down. The corridors were filthy, with trash strewn everywhere. The guest rooms themselves were unhygienic, with stains everywhere. Breakfast offered limited choices, and the food quality was very poor.

Clean and great service

This place is essentially a 2-star domestic hotel. The sheets and duvet covers are stained and grimy, the walls are peeling and moldy, the sofa is moldy and caked with grime, and the cabinets are warped and moldy. There's no bottled water, no kettle, no teacups, no tea bags, and definitely no toothbrushes or slippers.

Clean hotel and convenient location. I even got to check in early for a small fee, it was well worth it.

The location is excellent. Times Square is just a 3-5 minute walk away, and Central Park is only a few minutes further. The Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center are also very close. The place was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The service was also excellent. Please note that key card access is required to enter the lobby after hours.

Basic amenities like water, slippers, toothbrush is not in the hotel room. The elevator was being modernised and waited up to 15mins one of the days. Location is splendid though.

Location was perfect as it was located in the middle of Manhattan. Convenient to go anywhere really. Room was clean but not spotless. It is the US, not Asia 😂. All in all, pretty satisfied but the price was high during my stay.

The room is dirty and dated. No daily cleanup service, unlesss requested. Toilet is old and ugly. Only thing going for them is the location and brand.

Why don’t have toothpaste and toothbrush? It’s five stars hotel ? It’s very strange and don’t comfortable. You need add this items . Thanks for possibly to use cash deposit. It’s real thanks a lot .

Rooms were very humid and it did not improve with AC. It needs better ventilation or a dehumidifier. My clothes were left smelling musty by the end of the stay.

The best about this hotel is location. However, we were not happy that upon checking in, the hotel mandated for daily destination charges of USD35 per room per night. This charge was not disclosed earlier when we booked the hotel. It became a marketing gimmick because its rate looked competitive in the travel booking platform.

Staff was very unfriendly, the rooms were unimpressive, and there was no city view despite being promised one. We paid over $1,000 per night. Not going back there AGAIN!
