Safe and good location. Loved the great river view and is very clean.

The room was tiny, and the bed was also very small, only 1.3 meters wide. The service was pretty average.

Hotel location is a 5 min walk from World Trade Center and Oculus (a Westfield shopping mall) and also access to subway lines. So location is great. It’s safe at night with no homeless people. There is a lot of deli’s, grocery stores within a 5 min walk. The room is a little sparse. No table to do any work or to eat from. But the room does have a fridge (no freezer) and iron and ironing board and safe. The let downs are the other things expected from a 3 star, let alone this a 4 star. No slippers provided. No cup for holding your toothbrush. No notepad, just 2 sheets of paper, no central way to turn off all the lights. No kettle, no free drinking wter These are minor issues, but for the price paid, you shouldn’t have issues at all. Now, the destination fee. My booking on trip.com included all fees, otherwise they will hit you with a Destination Fee, this is $40 + tax per day. This fee includes: A. Wifi (Why this is not free, I have no idea) B. 2 tickets to either World Trade Center Observeration Deck, Mercer Labs or Statue of Liberty boat tour C: A fit tour (doing yoga in the street with other people) D: $20 off your bill from the burger restaurant next to the hotel (this is not a true $20 off, but if you spend $80 in the burger restaurant then charge it to your room, you will be charged $60 and this will be removed from the incidental amount you paid for) The incidental fee for us was $400 credit card hold for a 7 night stay. Again, seems crazy to ask this much and not give slippers. The gym in hotel is good. And the burger restraint is good, and the location is good. But the fees are too much. No.kettle either, there's a coffee machine but if you want hot water for some instant noodles... you cannot. The room is clean and comfortable and the AC is good. The bathroom is large but, again a small issue, the shower is either a waterfall head or a handheld or a bath, but to adust the temperature of the water, you need to move the temperature handle which always hits the waterfall/handheld handle The gym has several treadmills, ellipticals, pelaton bikes, chest press, shoulder press, leg curl, squat rack, cable machine, bench and dumbells upto 45lb (22kg) But there is no laundry room nor is there a self-service laundrette nearby. It’s only dry-cleaning or wash&fold services which are around $15 per 3lb (1.3kg) of clothes Would I stay here again? It’s a maybe. The room is fine and a good size for NYC. But it lacks features and the hotel itself seems to want to extract all the money you have without giving much in return. Location is good though and easy to get anywhere in Manhattan while feeling safe. But it is really bad value and it really feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than 4.

1. I tried to change my check-in date through the platform before arriving but was denied. The hotel's reservation department also stated they didn't want any further contact regarding the matter. I can understand their policy but not their attitude. 2. The hotel's location is decent, making it relatively convenient to visit some attractions. However, the lobby was exceptionally noisy during check-in. The room facilities were old, not at all like what was shown in the pictures. When I entered the room, the tissues on the washbasin weren't even placed in their box. Almost every light required a separate switch to turn on, which was very odd. 3. On the morning of June 14th, the smoke alarm in the room went off for no apparent reason. Hotel engineering staff and a security guard subsequently entered the room to inspect it but couldn't provide a clear explanation for the alarm. Later, the front desk called to inquire, again offering no explanation and no apology for the disturbance caused. Overall, there weren't any major issues, but put together, it was indeed disappointing and didn't meet Marriott's standards.

Always convenient, and the room was as quiet as ever, great for sleeping. Trinity Church and the Wall Street Bull are nearby, plus there's a French breakfast spot just a short walk away. Taxis and the subway are both super accessible.

The hotel and room were excellent and very satisfying. It was very clean inside, and check-in was a warm experience. It's very close to the Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, and the Charging Bull, making transportation extremely convenient. The front desk service was friendly and attentive. Check-out was also quick and easy. Five-star rating! The Hudson River view room is highly recommended.

The room's location is fantastic, just a 5-10 minute walk from the World Trade Center, and also close to the New York Stock Exchange and the Charging Bull. The subway is just steps away.

They will give water if u ask. Not too many nice food spots nearby, but the view from the room is gorg

This hotel offers good value for money in Manhattan, especially considering how expensive real estate is here. The rooms facing west offer expansive views of the Hudson River, which are fantastic. However, rooms with an oblique view of the river will have their scenery blocked by the tall buildings in front. The hotel provides a $20 daily voucher that can be used for breakfast, but the breakfast itself isn't very good. It's conveniently located near the subway station and Wall Street.

I was really lucky to pick such a great hotel in New York this time. It's located in Manhattan's Financial District, super close to the 9/11 Memorial – probably just a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood has convenience stores, coffee shops, and several restaurants. Plus, multiple subway lines make it super easy to get to Midtown Manhattan or Brooklyn. Although the hotel's decor looks a bit dated, it's very well-maintained. The room interiors are comfortable, and some room types offer views of the Hudson River. On sunny days, waking up to that view made my morning every time.

The room itself was decent. Although it was a Hudson River view room, I couldn't see the Statue of Liberty. I had to ask the front desk for water, which was free and unlimited, but this wasn't mentioned during check-in. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; I could hear every little noise from the hallway clearly. However, this seems to be common in New York; I stayed at a Hyatt a few days ago that was renovated 25 years ago, and the soundproofing was just as bad there.

Great hotel! I stayed here for almost a week. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the 32nd floor was amazing, overlooking the Hudson River. I went for a walk along the river every morning. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. It's just a short walk to the bustling Wall Street area. The subway station is also a few minutes' walk away. The front desk service was good, and the concierge was quite amusing. The free oranges were delicious too!

Location is great, walking distance to Wall Street, Whole food market is so close. Most important, I have been upgraded to the room with River view ! Very nice ! Thank you ! ❤️❤️❤️

The room was great, with a view of the Hudson River. The hotel is located in Lower Manhattan, surrounded by tall buildings, giving it a true New York City vibe. Both double beds were large and comfortable, and the room itself was quite spacious.
