The room is very big, but there is no customer service counter. You can only contact them by email. All hotels are self-service, and the home is well-equipped. You can cook and eat by yourself, which is very convenient.

The apar**ent area is relatively large in Japan, especially suitable for a family of three. The surrounding area is convenient, with a 3-minute walk to a large supermarket, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and a 10-minute walk to the Namba business district. The facilities are complete, you can cook, and you can also go to the center store for breakfast!

It was an apar**ent type, with one room on each floor, so I was able to spend time without interacting with anyone. Although the room was well cleaned, I wish the bathtub was washed a little more thoroughly. I am a smoker, but there was an ashtray on the emergency staircase on each floor, which was very convenient. The location is about halfway between Namba Station and Daikoku Station. You can walk from both, but it was a little noisy outside in the middle of the night. I was a little confused about check-in, but I was treated kindly and there was a repeat.

Not sold on check in procedure, QR code part is ok just not the talking to someone over the speaker. Hard to understand. Place was awesome after I figured out the room. Obviously different country everything is in different language. Google translate helps tremendously. Alot of space in room lots of outlets small beds but all beds are small in Japan recommend maybe bigger blankets at least for taller guests. Walking distance from train station and to major shopping district free buffet breakfast at central location which is about a 2 minute walk..no real complaints will stay again 5 stars

Great location and space

I chose this room because I have an infant and wanted a microwave and a sink for washing dishes, and because there were two rooms, there would be fewer disturbances to my sleep. Although there were some areas where the cleaning was lax (for example, the sink drain was easily clogged with the hair of the person in front of me), I had a comfortable stay! I would like to use it again if I have a chance!
