Unexpectedly good, room was good, bed was excellent clean and very comfortable. In general was very good, the only thing that they should consider is at least give a complementary bottle of water when you arrive.

The location is decent, but for the price, the facilities are outdated. The room was advertised as over 20 square meters, but it felt much smaller than that!

The room size was average, but the location was great, right in the Financial District, about 200 meters from the Charging Bull and Wall Street. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was clean, and the sausages were tasty, though I wouldn't want them every day. Early check-in required a $150 deposit. The elevators were a bit small and you had to wait, but that's normal for a building with so many floors. The other guests were nice, mostly tourists, and everyone said 'good morning' when you saw them.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. The hotel management maintains good security, and it's clean and tidy. The service was just okay. The surrounding area is nice. We were traveling with a few friends, and the hotel breakfast was pretty average.

This time I came for a baptism at Trinity Church, and it's an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. There's also a coffee machine in the room.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Charging Bull and the ferry terminal for the Statue of Liberty. The subway lines nearby are also very convenient, and the hygiene is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the facilities are a bit old, and the elevators are too small for the number of guests, so you have to wait a long time during peak hours.

I really like the downtown area; it's quiet and safe. This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the 4, 5, R, and W subway lines, so I never worried about getting back late, which is a huge plus. Be prepared to wait for the elevator, though; there aren't many of them, and the building is quite tall. The front desk is on the second floor for check-in. For check-out, you can just drop your key card in the collection box by the door, which is very convenient. The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, so in winter, I'd suggest turning it off before bed.

The soundproofing in the room was really bad. The staff seemed to have an issue with me, or perhaps Chinese people in general, because all the foreigners got complimentary snacks, but I didn't. There was an older lady at check-in with a terrible attitude – definitely avoid her, though the younger staff members were quite nice. The elevators were always busy, and we had to wait a long time every day. It's true that it's close to the Charging Bull and the Stock Exchange building, but I won't be staying here again. Also, don't bother with the highly-advertised Italian restaurant downstairs; it was very mediocre.

The hotel is located in a safe, clean zone with lots of tourist places and a metro station really close. The elevators are really slow, specially in the morning.

We stayed for 3 nights during thanksgiving weekend. The hotel was in an okay location, near the Bull at Wallstreet and subway - the bus didn’t work most of the times during the holidays. Rooms are clean. However, everything else is a disappointment. The service was average - people aren’t the friendliest here. The elevator took forever - we waited for 20 mins and didn’t seem like the elevator was going to come anytime soon. Ended up walking down the stairs with all our luggages from the 30th floor. The amenities doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, it was so underwhelming. Aside from the basic ones like shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion, they didn’t give us anything else. There’s no bottled water too, even when we asked. The toilet door doesn’t slide close, there’s a big gap in between which was very bothersome to us. Last thing, if you’re sensitive to noise, you’re going to have a problem because the rooms are not soundproofed at all. We could hear babies crying, people talking pretty loudlu

Very nice stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and quite spacious. It gets very busy around checkout time as everyone is trying to go down with all the luggage. We waited very long for the elevators to get empty for us to fit in. Be prepared!

This hotel is pretty good, offers great value for money, and is right next to a subway station! It's clean and hygienic! The only issue is that during peak check-out times, the elevators get super busy! I waited 30 minutes and still couldn't get down, so a lot of people with big luggage ended up taking the stairs! There are plenty of breakfast places nearby, as the hotel breakfast is quite expensive and not worth it!
