Had a great stay! The room was clean and bright, and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a high quality of sleep. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the surrounding area was convenient for daily needs. Overall, it was a solid and comfortable experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff. Parking garage right next door for $65 a night. There is no free parking as Trip.com has listed. Also very reasonable priced breakfast. Room is small but comfortable, no real work area if you plan on working out of your room. Overall good experience.

I asked for a quiet room far from the elevator, but I’m allocated a low-floor room next to the elevator. I can hear all the street cars in the night and what other guests are doing in their room. Couldn’t sleep well.

The service was okay, though they charge a dollar per bag for luggage storage, and it has to be in cash. So, if you plan to store your bags, remember to bring some cash, as there's nowhere nearby to exchange money.

Room seemed clean but there were some trash left over from previous guest such as opened water bottles and ziploc bags. Its also not mentioned but you need to give an $100 USD deposit when you check in. Needless to say, the hotel is on a really good zone and only around 20min walk to the times square. You can stay on this hotel as it seems fine, but you need to know about this, specially about the $100 usd fee

In a place like New York where every inch is precious, this hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and although the room isn't large, the 1.3-meter twin beds are quite comfortable. I booked two nights, stayed in the same room, and then extended for another night.

The lady who checked me in was very nice. It's about 300-400 meters from the subway and 1.5 kilometers from the train station. Everything else was just so-so; the room was a bit small.
