Park Jiuli Residence | A Cultural Study Retreat in the Heart of the City
Nestled on Yifu Street (the former neighborhood of Chancellor Ye Xianggao) within Fuqing's historic district, Park Jiuli Residence is a boutique cultural hotel inspired by the study culture of Ye Xianggao, a Grand Secretary of the Ming Dynasty.
Embracing the philosophy of “Seclusion in the City,” we weave Fuqing's six-century-old legacy of elegance into a modern hospitality space. Each of our culturally themed rooms, such as the “Three-Reign Chancellor,” “Kylin Garden,” and “Bean Quarter Retreat,” draws its name and essence from the life and spirit of Chancellor Ye, offering guests an immersive, livable journey through time.
Perfectly located in the city center, steps away from the vibrant Liqiao Ancient Street, the residence offers a unique blend of urban energy and tranquil retreat. All rooms feature a window-side study desk, scholarly amenities, a dedicated tea station, and high-speed internet, seamlessly blending business productivity with poetic living. Our professional “Study Butler” team provides warm and attentive service, from cultural storytelling to evening dessert soups, ensuring thoughtful care in every detail.
More than just a place to stay, Park Jiuli is a cultural gateway to experiencing Fuqing's profound heritage. We invite you to stay with us and transform the wisdom of a Ming Dynasty statesman into inspiration for your journey.

"1. The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service.
2. The room's layout was stylish and chic, a refreshing change from typical, cookie-cutter hotels. It really added to the overall ambiance and guest experience.
3. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, even more so than my own at home. I wonder what brand it is?
4. The room also featured a complete Gongfu tea set, though unfortunately, I didn't have my own tea to enjoy it.
5. I had to rush for an early flight, otherwise, I would have loved to try the hotel's breakfast.
6. There's a McDonald's nearby, which is my favorite, and it's open 24 hours.
7. The 6th floor has independent meeting rooms, which is a fantastic amenity for small teams on business trips."
