"A completely new hotel. Located in a cosmo walk, 50 from the shopping. The room is comfortable. We had two beds, there are still lots of free spaces. Matres, pillows and underwear are excellent. There is a couch with a table and a chair. Water, tea and coffee are added once a day. The shower is not tropical, but the leak is wide and comfortable, the pressure is excellent, the shower is separated from the toilet area of the dark glass intersection. The air conditioner works excellent, individual. The toilet is smart, but not set on washing, washed by the side button. The shelves are located very successfully, not in the bathroom area, but also not in the room, and as if separated from the room, very convenient, the washing machine is wide and there is a decent size surface on the washing machine there is a refrigerator. Breakfasts are more Asian, but you can find something for yourself. You cook a chip of two kinds (you can ask it as a soup), there are many supplements, there are sharp snacks, vegetables, a little fruit, tests and jam, a little ready food. Decent coffee, soy milk and cow, there is a boiler. Whoever is used to eating in the morning fully and doesn't like Chinese and Korean food, it's probably hard to have breakfast, and so in general good. On the 1st floor, the coffee machine, cream, glasses, lemon water is freely available. On the first floor, two washing machines and two dry machines already filled with washing machines. I think, later, some points on the guest reviews will be taken into account by the hotel administration, and in general everything is very convenient and comfortable!"

"The apartment is very good, there is everything for accommodation, the hostess met us at the station and took us to the cravrtire. The compliment was even peaches and an arbuz. There is a washing machine, a teapot, a refrigerator, cooking dishes, sticks, knife, paper glasses, powder washing, towels once-off. Rooms are large, separate kitchen. But location is far from the shopping street, taxi is very difficult to catch."

"Hotel is new, good, to the shopping street right about 7 minutes, there is a classy massage salon in the hotel building. There are also cafes, bar. The room itself is clean, comfortable, all modern, washing machine is convenient, all and washing facilities are provided. Breakfast is not a big choice but eating is something. The only, sound isolation is not the best, in the room everything is heard, but our room was opposite the elevator, near the stairs, maybe further quieter. There are shoppers nearby."

"The trip was spontaneous, and my hotel choice depended on the location, so I'm incredibly glad I picked this one. I was traveling with my mom, and taking a taxi from other hotels would have cost us at least 2,000 rubles – which is a necessity with those February winds! Instead, we walked the entire shopping street back and forth, saving a lot on taxis. The breakfasts were very decent. Our room was super warm, despite what other reviews might say. We loved everything and will definitely be back! The staff is very friendly and attentive to all guest questions and requests. The ladies at the reception even offered a free room upgrade, and of course, we couldn't say no! 😁 So, don't overthink it, the hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfasts, reasonable room rates, and excellent staff. Lots of pros! 👌🏻 We'll be back!"

"I really liked this hotel! It's small and cozy, with a homely feel. The location is excellent, right opposite Tumangan, which is where all the buses are. If you go left, you'll find a shopping street, and if you go right, it's Trepang Street, where you can find food to suit any taste. The hotel is very clean and seems to have been recently renovated. There's even an elevator, despite it only having three floors with about 4 or 5 rooms per floor. What surprised me most was the abundance of various high-tech amenities for convenience, like a toilet with multiple functions and a fancy shower. There's plenty of light and ambient lighting. The kettle was incredibly high-tech; I actually had to go downstairs to learn how to boil water in it! The bedding was spotless. Everything felt brand new. And thankfully, there's none of that dreadful carpet that you're scared to step on with bare feet. Excellent! The only thing missing is some hooks in the shower to hang towels."

They were incredibly helpful and had the best attitude. Secondly, the environment was very clean, and getting around by taxi was both cheap and convenient.
