3-Star Hotels in Hunchun

The hotel leaves a double impression where bright virtues are heavily overshadowed by serious shortcomings in organization and service. Positive sides: · Very fresh, stylish and creative design in a single orange gamma. The idea is really beautiful. · Spacious numbers that are felt at once. · Delicious breakfasts that left a good impression. · A nice little – Mandarins on the resepschen supporting the general concept. Negative sides (unfortunately, they are more and they outweigh): 1. Disastrophically bad settlement organization. At official settlement time from 12:00, by 15:00, none of the three rooms we booked were ready. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel accommodating itself at a ”not small” price. 2. Low cleaning quality. The first floor room in the corridor and bathroom was found hair and dust. The second and third floor rooms stable smell of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness – Basic requirement that was not met. 3. The complete lack of service culture and apologies. Not with delay in settlement, not with deficiencies in cleaning, no sincere apology has been received from staff, nor attempts to correct the situation promptly and fully. The guests actually quit to solve the problems themselves. 4. Price and quality discrepancies. Given the cost of living according to the Hunchun standards, the level of service and the attention to the guest has been extremely low. Summary: Orange Hotel – is an example of an excellent idea destroyed at the execution and management stage. Beautiful design and good breakfasts cannot compensate for dirt in rooms, tobacco smell and full indifference of staff to the comfort of tired guests after the road. The impression was completely spoiled. The hotel is recommended with a huge reservation and only for those who are willing to accept such attitude. Until the standards of service and purity change dramatically, there is no desire to return here.

The hotel is new and clean, and the family room is spacious. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the entire room is smart. Parking is convenient right outside the door. It's not far from the Seafood Street and Bohai Ancient Town. The breakfast selection isn't huge but enough to fill you up, and there's a washing machine and dryer available. If you're coming to Hunchun, definitely choose this place!

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was nutritious and plentiful. The room's design concept was really fresh, with a great separation of wet and dry areas, and voice-activated smart lights. All the thoughtful touches made for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends next time.

this is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

I had booked a windowless room, but unfortunately, the room had a strong smell from the recent renovations, so we were moved to a children's room. The service was very satisfactory. The hotel bed was huge; it's rare to find such a large bed in a hotel. It's about a 7-minute walk to Wastock amusement park, requiring crossing a bridge. Taxis are not readily available nearby, as it's a bit far from the city center. There's not much to see or do nearby. I recommend the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel; their sweet and sour pork is incredibly delicious. Best of all, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which is a huge plus. The manager even drove himself; his driving skills were excellent, and his service was great. However, the shuttle departs on the hour; if there are fewer passengers, you can discuss it with the front desk. I rarely write hotel reviews, but this one was truly excellent. The amusement park shuttle service would have been even better.

The room was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great feature.

The room is very clean and bright. Parking is also very convenient. Living on the 8th floor has a wide view. The heating is very powerful. It's hot and the windows are open! The service staff is polite and greets you in the elevator. The breakfast is not very varied and very simple!

The room is spacious, clean and hygienic, and the decoration and configuration are high-end for a three-star hotel. The location is excellent, and it takes only three minutes to walk to Hunchun Crab Street. There are also many cost-effective restaurants around... Especially the front desk staff are friendly and easy to communicate with, which is unique to Northeastern people. A big thumbs up👍

It's not far from anywhere, which is good. There are more foreigners. It's just that the environment is an old hotel, the sound insulation is not very good, and the bed is a bit hard, but overall it's good.

It was a great place to stay for business trips. There were desks and chairs for working, the internet was very smooth, the hotel environment was quiet, and I had a good rest. The room was very clean and had no odor. The staff were attentive and responded promptly to any needs. I will definitely stay here again for my next business trip.
