LLora13I liked the room. It looked exactly like the photo. Everything was clean and tidy, the design was interesting, and it was clear the owner had put in the effort. All the amenities were included: soap, shampoo, shower gel, disposable towels, and slippers. There was a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine, all of which worked. The hosts greeted me and showed me to my room. The location was good, close to Torgovaya Street. There were plenty of cafes and shops nearby. I prefer to live in an apartment, but you need to understand that the room doesn't have the cleaning service you'd get in a hotel. It's more like an apartment.

GGuest UserThe decoration looks quite new, but it's a bit rough. The shower room leaks a little. The breakfast is relatively simple. The waiters are very nice and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is no charge for parking anywhere in Hunchun except at the high-speed rail station. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, which is quite harmonious. When going to Fangchuan, it is necessary to first visit the Zhanggufeng Incident Memorial Hall, which is helpful for visiting Fangchuan Scenic Area. At a glance, you can see the train from Russia to North Korea. Of course, if you have time, it would be a good idea to take a look at the various lifestyles of North Koreans.

Nice girl who explained everything (we are Russian speakers and did not understand how to check in, we wrote to her on trip.com and she met us near the hotel, showed us everything), convenient location (10 minutes walk to the shopping street), clean, bright room. Good soundproofing, great view from the window, not noisy near the hotel. I highly recommend.

LLvyijianjiaIt is quite rare to have such a large hotel in a small city like Hunchun. The night view of the hotel is very beautiful (exaggerated), and the hotel interior is the most Korean style. There are two peacock specimens in the hotel lobby, and the Korean cultural characteristics are distinct from the inside to the outside. The waiters seem to be Korean (or North Koreans who come to earn foreign exchange?), and their Mandarin is not very good, but they are very polite and sincere.

MM14511****The location is near Xishi Market, and there's a morning market right downstairs. It's too cold now, so many stalls in the morning market aren't open! But there are plenty of food delivery options nearby, making it super convenient for meals! They even have 700cc and Luckin Coffee! Plus, all those local specialties like Da Cha Zhou (corn porridge) are available.

ННадежда Мунthis is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is gorgeously decorated with high-end facilities, complete facilities, good hygiene, and excellent mattresses and bedding, providing tourists with an excellent sleeping experience and making them feel at home. The lady boss is warm, attentive and patient. Worth recommending.

1. The front desk service was extremely poor. During check-in, some guests were arguing and expressing dissatisfaction. At the time, I thought it was inappropriate for a tourist trip, but after checking in, I learned there was a reason. I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered. When someone finally answered, they hung up before finishing their sentence (it was intentional). Subsequent calls went unanswered.
2. Staying in the scenic area was supposed to be convenient, but there was no parking at night. I had to drive a long way and then drag my luggage a long way. I strongly advise against staying in the scenic area if you're driving; staying in the city with better parking and taking a taxi is much more convenient.
3. The accommodation cost over 1300 RMB, but there was only one entrance that allowed facial recognition entry. After queuing for a long time, I couldn't get in and had to queue again for a different entrance (there were no signs indicating where to queue).
4. On the third-floor guest room balcony, a staff member kicked me out because a leader was coming. (There were no signs prohibiting entry).
5. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything—talking in the hallway, luggage clattering, and water running in the bathroom next door! In summary, the room rate is not cheap, and there are no advantages or conveniences after checking in. Don't stay there.
