There are many Russian guests staying in the hotel
Sound insulation is average
After going through the corridor in the middle of the night, the Russians came back running, jumping and screaming.
I cried and fussed again this morning, it was so bad
The hotel has breakfast starting at 7 o'clock and it is almost full. There are relatively few types of breakfast and it is enough for food and clothing.
The room is quite clean, but the door is being repaired everywhere, and you have to go around in circles when driving in and out ~ There are hospital cars picking up people at the door of the hotel every day

LLvyijianjiaIt is quite rare to have such a large hotel in a small city like Hunchun. The night view of the hotel is very beautiful (exaggerated), and the hotel interior is the most Korean style. There are two peacock specimens in the hotel lobby, and the Korean cultural characteristics are distinct from the inside to the outside. The waiters seem to be Korean (or North Koreans who come to earn foreign exchange?), and their Mandarin is not very good, but they are very polite and sincere.

MM14511****The location is near Xishi Market, and there's a morning market right downstairs. It's too cold now, so many stalls in the morning market aren't open! But there are plenty of food delivery options nearby, making it super convenient for meals! They even have 700cc and Luckin Coffee! Plus, all those local specialties like Da Cha Zhou (corn porridge) are available.

WWuxinzheThis was the most satisfying travel booking I've ever made. Unexpectedly, the hotel was clean and tidy, the room was fully equipped, and the bedding was comfortable – truly making me feel at home. The room was also very well heated, so it wasn't cold at all, even in winter. What was especially heartwarming was that because I was in a rush to leave in the morning and left some items behind, the receptionist helped me call a courier to send them back – the response was very prompt.

1. The front desk service was extremely poor. During check-in, some guests were arguing and expressing dissatisfaction. At the time, I thought it was inappropriate for a tourist trip, but after checking in, I learned there was a reason. I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered. When someone finally answered, they hung up before finishing their sentence (it was intentional). Subsequent calls went unanswered.
2. Staying in the scenic area was supposed to be convenient, but there was no parking at night. I had to drive a long way and then drag my luggage a long way. I strongly advise against staying in the scenic area if you're driving; staying in the city with better parking and taking a taxi is much more convenient.
3. The accommodation cost over 1300 RMB, but there was only one entrance that allowed facial recognition entry. After queuing for a long time, I couldn't get in and had to queue again for a different entrance (there were no signs indicating where to queue).
4. On the third-floor guest room balcony, a staff member kicked me out because a leader was coming. (There were no signs prohibiting entry).
5. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything—talking in the hallway, luggage clattering, and water running in the bathroom next door! In summary, the room rate is not cheap, and there are no advantages or conveniences after checking in. Don't stay there.

ННадежда Мунthis is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

GGuest UserThe location is good, you can walk around. The hygiene is very poor. Some guest's soy milk was thrown on the floor and not cleaned up. The quilt also has a peculiar smell. The facilities are also in tatters, and feel like they have been patched up for another year. The soundproofing is not good. When I was lying in bed at night, it seemed like the people in the next room were talking right above my head. There is no elevator, so you need to walk upstairs with your suitcases. As soon as I entered the room, I slapped two fat, bloody mosquitoes to death. Just deal with it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very cozy and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter! I care about cleanliness when traveling with my family. What reassures me is that the toiletries in the hotel are disposable, clean and free! I have stayed in so many hotels and few have smart toilets! The service is also enthusiastic and I will come again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the boss was very good, and the clothes were washed. Everything is disposable and clean. It is close to Happy Island and Bohai Guzheng. The whole city of Hunchun is not easy to take a taxi. If you meet a good taxi driver, you can pick up and drop off.
