"The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped with smart technology, and the bed was quite comfortable. The restaurant, located on the 13th floor, offered a great view and was beautifully decorated. The fruit was delicious, and there was a wide selection of hot dishes, including noodles and a good variety of fried foods. I was rushing to my exam in the morning, so I didn't have time to take pictures of the restaurant. The restaurant was newly renovated, so the smell was a bit strong, which was unavoidable."

"筆架山莊的服務和設施有天壤之別，總的來説，硬件新、位置好，但服務和管理進步空間很大。 服務:第一天的前台工作人員服務熱情、友好，但確實不太專業，問及酒店購買的門票是不是特殊通道，告訴我親自去問一下...主動詢問才能瞭解早餐時間、地點等訊息，工作人員不會主動告知。在高峯期，管理很混亂，比如早餐麪檔排隊無序，服務員手忙腳亂，9點多早餐基本都要排隊，感覺餐位和房客數配比是有問題的，至少我入住期間天天如此。由於是攜程分開的預訂單，電話溝通告知可以協調成一間房原房入住，結果第一天被告知第二天要下去重新續房卡，不能提前溝通並一次性做好。 服務人員在崗問題:我也不確定是崗位配備不足還是工作人員經常不在，大堂出入很多次，幾乎不見安保人員，服務生或者路引，所以所有事情都要自己做，包括問路，拿行李，找孩子...泳池和温泉:酒店有室內海水恆温泳池和室外温泉泡池，水質乾淨，是亮點之一。 小童淘氣堡:內部有一個近千平米的“鯨奇”主題淘氣堡，設施較新，對低齡小童很友好，住客可以免費進入。 對面水世界:無限次出入，預訂包含東方歡樂王國水世界門票的套餐，最大的優勢是入住期間可以不限次進出，累了可以回房間休息，非常方便帶長者孩子的家庭，如果在酒店購買的不限次數門票可以從最左邊的持卡通道進入。 槽點:這次最不愉快之一是用餐，晚餐不能送到房間，所以帶着孩子下去餐廳就餐，工作人員告知衹能點套餐無法單點，但當時餐廳空無一人，一桌用餐的客人都沒有，肯定不是高峯時段廚師忙不過來的因素，於是與餐飲主管溝通，勉強同意單點一份主食和一個菜品，帶孩子的體驗大打折扣，雖然點好了心裏也不舒服，第二就是週日退房的時候，想申請1點退房，前台人員告知滿房無法延遲，所以再三溝通由於車次和要回房間給孩子沖澡的原因衹申請到1點就可以，並沒有要求到2點甚至4點（一般親子酒店，包括迪士尼延遲到兩點都從沒有被拒絕過，幾乎所有星級酒店對帶孩子的家長都會酌情安排），前台人員依舊拒絕，後又請主管到場後協調到了2點，再次認證了酒店服務不到位，有待提升，總體感受就是服務混亂。 噪音問題:水世界離酒店很近，部分樓棟（如二號樓）晚上水世界有燈光秀和煙花，雖然好看，但睡眠質量不高或者十點前就要入睡的孩子家庭要避開。 早餐:品類還算豐富，能吃飽，但管理混亂是普遍吐槽點。現做區域沒有叫號系統，容易插隊，影響體驗。 房間狀況:新裝修是優點，但房間普遍偏小，尤其是海景房，可能連行李箱都放不下。隔音效果也一般，能聽到走廊或隔壁的聲音。 謹慎考慮:對住宿品質和服務細節要求高的商務或情侶慎選。"

"First and foremost, the service here is exceptional. From the staff to the owner, everyone was genuinely warm and enthusiastic. As a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair and drove here, I anticipated some challenges with parking and getting in and out of the hotel. I called the front desk beforehand, and they actively worked to find solutions. Upon arrival, the owner personally greeted me and assisted me with entering and exiting the hotel. While the hotel could improve its accessible facilities, their incredible hospitality more than made up for any shortcomings. Secondly, the beds and pillows in this hotel are incredibly comfortable. I often experience neck discomfort when sleeping at home, but I slept so well and felt completely relaxed here. I even bought one of their pillows to take home when I checked out. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, featuring smart home technology with voice control, which was incredibly convenient for someone with mobility issues like myself."

If you're tired of standardized hotel services and looking for a unique experience during your trip to Jinzhou, then Mumiandao is a choice that won't disappoint. With the warmth of a cup of coffee, it creates a sophisticated ”home away from home” for weary travelers."
