"Yesterday's stay at the new C-building of the Kuqa Hotel was a delightful surprise! The modern minimalist style, warm colors paired with wood elements, created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly, the bathroom was clean and upscale, and there was plenty of hot water. Attention to detail was evident; a kettle and tea bags were provided, and the large window offered a wide view and excellent natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a super comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuqa! Well, words fail me, just look at the pictures! In short, I loved it!"

The location is absolutely fantastic, close to shopping districts and attractions, making it super convenient for dining and exploring. The room was immaculately cleaned, with no dust or stains in the corners. The bedding was soft and fluffy, allowing me to instantly shake off my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were very polite and handled check-in/check-out quickly and efficiently. They were also patient in answering all my questions. "The hotel's hardware facilities are quite good, but the soft skills of staff training and management are lacking. The front desk staff are listless, stiff, unproactive, and unenthusiastic. The shower drain in the room was clogged and not fixed, causing water to leak outside. The washing machine in the laundry room also leaked water all over the floor after washing clothes. I hope these aspects can be improved."
