It can be said that I have lived in the best experience (maybe I lived less hahahahahaha First of all, the hotel facilities are very good, from the hotel appearance to the lobby to the rooms, they are very nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and delicious. The location is also satisfactory, close to the high-speed rail station, convenient to travel, 15 ～ 20min taxi from Tongguan Mountain, behind is Longbei Mountain (unfortunately did not go but very close to hear that the night tour is quite good) Everyone at the front desk is great! You can reflect a good hotel culture and training, and the attitude is super warm and sincere and gentle! I hope your excellence can be seen ～"

"Our butler, Leo, was like an old friend who knows the ropes. He contacted us when we booked to ask what we needed and sent us precise location details. When our car got close, a shuttle bus was already waiting to pick us up. Check-in was quick and easy, and he even gave us a hand-drawn map, meticulously marking where to see the lake and go for a walk. The room was clean and comfortable, right by the lake. The best part was the evening; we didn't have to fight the crowds. We just relaxed on the balcony and had a private view of the light show and fireworks. The sky full of fireworks reflecting on the lake was perfectly romantic. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was abundant. Both the facilities and service were top-notch; it's a great place to steal a moment of leisure."

"Overall, it was excellent, except for a few safety concerns. First, the downsides: I don't understand why the laundry room is located on the first floor, right next to the passenger elevator. People passing by can easily glance at it, and I'm even a little worried that non-guests might use the washing machines. Second, the room key card in the elevator isn't very sensitive. Finally, regarding food delivery: why are delivery drivers allowed into the building? Why do they need elevator cards? When I went down the stairs, a delivery driver even asked me which floor I was going to—very helpful! But if outsiders can go anywhere, why do guests need room cards? Now for the advantages. Aside from the above, my experience was excellent. All feedback was addressed promptly. The environment was great, and I didn't experience any soundproofing issues. The cafeteria staff were very helpful, and the front desk staff were always responsive. There was no waiting time, and everyone was highly professional. I personally think it's the best choice for visiting the forest park. If you're not worried about the above, go for it!"

"Self-driving back to Shanghai, by the way to Yixing and friends meet. I accidentally saw this hotel, newly opened, the room is quite big, the lobby is quite stylish, and I feel very comfortable. The room is separated from wet and dry, and the sink, toilet and shower are separated. Very convenient and the bedding is comfortable. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the freshly cooked noodle soup is good. Mainly a pet-friendly hotel, the manager also helped with the luggage when he left, like 👍 The time was very fast, and I forgot to take a photo of the room."

"The property is so beautiful and comfortable. Every inch is a well designed aesthetic scene with tasteful decor and gardening outside (some bits left to be natural and wild, attracting butterflies) the team is super helpful and nice- always reachable and happy to help. The location is not as remote as one could wish, but this means you have easy access to some beautiful walks in the bamboo sea and the older towns. The cafe does get busy in the late mornings but early morning and evenings are incredibly peaceful. Coming back to the comfortable rooms and hot showers from a hike is a great feeling. A place truly run with so much passion and hard work! I will come back in the autumn or cold weather one day."
