This is what we feel is the happiest. The children in the small lake at the entrance of the hotel can play in the sand. The sand slopes before and after can be climbed in the sand. At night, they can climb to the sand slope to see the stars and listen to the music of the hotel. It is really awake in the world! If you arrive early, you can let the boss arrange desert activities (we took the Star Wars, rode the camel, rowed the sand, took the go-kart... and travel photography are indispensable), mainly because the boss is very honest, the recommended things are particularly good, the service is good, and the fun is also fun. "This hotel has so much heart! I'd give five stars across the board for cleanliness, environment, facilities, and especially the service. The thoughtful details really made us feel warm and welcome. For example, the 'village chief' (staff member) who led the educational program for the kids was incredibly patient and dedicated. Even though the sessions were short, his genuine enthusiasm and responsibility made it enjoyable for both children and adults, and the kids learned so many unforgettable things about the desert. The restaurant food was delicious too; our child always ate so much! One afternoon at lunch, we casually asked about the cold noodles a staff member was eating for their own meal, and the kitchen immediately sent us a portion – we were so touched! The village chief was also incredibly kind. Realizing we didn't have a car, he even lent us his own vehicle, which truly warmed our hearts. This trip, the hotel truly allowed us to experience the warmth and generosity of the people in Northwest China. Our travel experience was fantastic! "I absolutely have to rave about this glamping tent hotel! The room decor really hit the spot for me – it's designed so warmly and thoughtfully. It has everything you'd expect, like AC and an electric blanket, even a mini-bar just like a 4.5-star hotel! The lace canopy, sunflower tapestry, and warm lighting details were all perfectly executed. The bedding was so soft; I slept like a baby. The small private courtyard outside the tent is also impeccably maintained. When the lights come on at night, the atmosphere is simply amazing, perfect for both relaxing and taking Instagram-worthy photos! The housekeeper auntie was incredibly friendly and even prepared some fruit for us. We had hotpot for dinner, sitting in the courtyard listening to music. "I checked out yesterday at noon. I booked the hotel after seeing it advertised in a live stream. I was really interested in this new hotel, which just opened in August. Before going, I specifically checked the reviews, and they weren't great; most complaints were about the service. I decided to give it a try anyway and booked for two nights. I understand that building a hotel in the desert is expensive, and the owner is clearly aiming for a long-term business model. However, given all the effort and investment, why is the service so lacking? The hardware facilities are actually quite decent, but the service truly falls short. Firstly, there was no greeting from the bellhop; they just immediately asked about check-in and took my luggage. At the front desk, the staff member processed my check-in without even looking up, no smile, no tea, no candies. After we got to the room, there were flies. I contacted a staff member, and they just brought an electric fly swatter for us to deal with ourselves. My child had nosebleeds on both the first and second day, and when I asked if there was a medical room, they said no, and that I'd have to go to Zhongwei city to buy supplies. There wasn't even the most basic level of concern. On the day of check-in, we received a fruit platter, but we hardly ate it because it was mostly apples, and the pears needed peeling. On the second day, there was no disposable toothbrush for my child, and the single-use toiletries were incredibly small, completely different from what was advertised. Overall, the experience was very poor. If the owner continues to operate like this, fewer and fewer people will visit. The breakfast was also mediocre, and I have pictures to prove it. The only thing I was most satisfied with was the hotel's design style, which is very beautiful and great for photos. It's such a shame that a hotel with such good design is let down by its service."
