"Excellent hotel at a great price. I travel solo and want to show that a quality vacation can be budget-friendly – thanks to discounts, my 5-day stay was incredibly affordable. As it was my first time booking through ”Tvil,” I had some doubts about the payment process (deposit vs. full payment), but the service worked flawlessly. The room was huge, bright, and clean. I was impressed by the interior: it had a kettle, a full set of dishes (including wine glasses and cups), a fridge, air conditioning, and a convenient electric clothes dryer. Disposable amenity kits were also provided. I didn't need the blankets as the weather was warm. Pros: spacious room, perfect cleanliness, a balcony, and thoughtful amenities in the room. Cons/Suggestions: I missed having a microwave and a couple of chairs with a table on the balcony for morning tea. Overall: The best value for money I've seen in years!"

"The hotel is new and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Europe Square, and within walking distance of the Alphabet Tower and Ali & Nino statue. Despite being next to a main road, the soundproofing is great, making the hotel very quiet and peaceful with hardly any traffic noise. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit basic."

The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!"
