New Hotels in Riyadh

"This is a very good location. If you use public transport you can reach anywhere in Risk with at most one transfer. Staff members are very attentive and resolved all the issues I have reported. I think it was also partially renovated recently so the living area is quite new."

"The hotel is clean (the furniture is new), and the colors of the furniture and decor are calm and comfortable. The service is excellent. The buffet offers average variety, but the food is good. Parking is available. The location is central and away from the traffic, close to the Eastern Ring Road and Al-Rajhi Mosque. The reception staff are polite, as are the cleaning and buffet staff. I am considering booking here again. However, there are some points I hope they pay attention to: sometimes there is no one at the reception to answer calls, and there is a delay in opening the automatic gate when entering the parking lot."

"I had a very frustrating stay at this property. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. When I asked for a room change at 1:00 AM after traveling all day, the night receptionist ignored me for almost 30 minutes. When I complained to the morning team, the night agent was defensive and rude. Days later, he even confronted me at 1:00 AM in the lobby to argue about why I complained, which was completely inappropriate. On top of the poor customer service, the room was not very clean despite the hotel being newly built. I would not stay here again."

"The adaptation was very cold even after trying to repair it as well as washing water heaters, customer service was informed and agreed to get a food compensation, except that it wasn't on the face that the hotel was honoring, it was disappointing and didn't respect the guests, and it was a service. The customers evaded the promise to put some of my bags in the icebox after they got it from me, they brought back my bags and water drips out of it, the supervisor was told all of that, and he got me well received, he offered a drink, and he said the manager would contact me, except that he hadn't contacted me until this moment more. It's 24 hours. It was disappointing."

"Frankly, it's very clean, and that's my most important point, and the reception is very wonderful and very quick to answer and the service is very good, close to restaurants, and there's a mosquito and a whole lot of services. The only thing that bothered me is the Internet and the network are very weak in the building."

"I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect."

"This hotel just opened, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The environment is lovely, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are brand new. The service was thoughtful and attentive, especially a big shout-out to Manager Ma, who was incredibly enthusiastic. I bothered him with a few things during my stay, and he patiently helped coordinate and handle every single one, proving to be reliable and truly a 'Sha Tin all-around helper.' My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. It's highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area."

"A very wonderful and remarkable experience takes you in a authentic heritage atmosphere. The place is clean, quiet, well-reception, reflecting the beautiful nomadic hospitality spirit. The facilities are integrated and comfortable, and the service was excellent and fast. I would highly recommend it to those looking for relaxation and changing the routine in a comfortable and distinctive atmosphere. Thank you to the people in the place."

"Honestly, the cleanliness, service, and facilities were all more than excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Hassan Shalabi for his professional and respectful treatment of guests."
