It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. "It is located at the old Hatyai.However, it is not far away (generally around 2-4km for places located within new Hatyai) from new Hatyai where you will find all the night markets and the mall, Central Hatyai. If there is intention to rent car, it is definitely not an issue renting this place.This is really good for a family, it has 2 storeys and 2 rooms with queen size beds. The hosts, a couple, are very friendly and helpful. They recommended very nice places to visit and eat upon request. Happy and satisfied with my stay there."
