"Booked a long stay for a business trip. The hotel is new, the bed is comfortable, and the amenities are good. However, during my long stay, there were a few days where the room wasn't tidied properly, and they didn't check the bathroom amenities – the soap ran out and wasn't refilled. Overall, it's okay. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Service of the staff is good . House is big and clean . Allow at least 8 persons but one thing not so convenient is bathroom 🚽 only downstairs not suitable for old people. Microwave , fridge and smart TV is available to use 😊. Reasonable price 👍"

"The hotel's front desk service was excellent – very polite, attentive, and patient. The room was exceptionally large, clean, and bright. The bathroom was also very spacious, equipped with a shower cap, hair shampoo, and body shampoo. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water was instant, no preheating needed. The location is incredibly convenient, super close to Kimyong and Lee Garden. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and conditioner."

"Stayed here last month during our self-drive trip. The room was clean, nicely designed, and reasonably sized for two people. The price was affordable and offered good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital, 7-Eleven, Watsons, Mini Big C, and plenty of food options. Although there is no on-site parking, there are parking spaces nearby within a short 100-meter walk, which was manageable for us. One thing to note is that the hotel only has 3 floors and no elevator. Also, the front desk is not staffed late at night, but guests can contact the emergency number if any assistance is needed. Overall, a great choice for travelers with a car. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"Exceptional Stay Very Very Recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay and am deeply impressed by the hospitality of the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Ping. They are incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and speak excellent English, making communication completely seamless. The property itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. To top it off, they kindly allowed me to check in early, which I deeply appreciated. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness made my trip special. Most importantly, they treated my parents so wonderfully and with so much respect. I cannot recommend this place enough! "Had a great stay at Merry Holmes Hatyai. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes from Lee Garden. The place is spacious and very suitable for big families. We also enjoyed the private pool, and the buggy service to the room was very convenient. Will definitely come back agai"

"A perfect place to stay. This place exceeded my expectation. I am beyond words. We travelled by car and we got to rest at this place. It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. With affordable price, you can get a house or a junior suite! WILL BOOK IT AGAIN DEFINITELY!"

"I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel."

"It is located at the old Hatyai.However, it is not far away (generally around 2-4km for places located within new Hatyai) from new Hatyai where you will find all the night markets and the mall, Central Hatyai. If there is intention to rent car, it is definitely not an issue renting this place.This is really good for a family, it has 2 storeys and 2 rooms with queen size beds. The hosts, a couple, are very friendly and helpful. They recommended very nice places to visit and eat upon request. Happy and satisfied with my stay there."
