"This is a new Hyatt hotel. If you've ever had a massage at The Barai, you'll absolutely love this place. The hotel's vibe is basically an upgraded spa – focusing on relaxation, comfort, and tranquility.
Upon check-in, besides a welcome drink, you also get a room spray. You get to choose one scent, and spraying it in your room before bed feels amazing, like you're in a spa all the time.
The room has a great ambiance, probably thanks to the room spray they provide, haha. It has a smart TV and a super soft bed. We booked a pool access room, and the morning view was beautiful.
Health-conscious guests will love the facilities. The gym is gorgeous with lots of equipment. The pool is nice too; I didn't go for a swim, haha, but I think it's not really suitable for kids as there are no guards around. For the spa, if I remember correctly, hotel guests get a 20% discount or something similar.
As for the food, it's separate from the main Hyatt restaurant. The new restaurant offers a menu to order from, mixed with a buffet line. The food has a significant healthy focus, with fresh coconut water and fresh fruit juices, which I absolutely loved. The basil chicken was delicious, though I wish there was a bit more of it."
