It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!"

"I didn't take many photos, but my stay here was excellent. The staff were polite and always willing to help (carrying luggage, escorting me with an umbrella when it rained, helping with laundry, and even retrieving my bike from the parking lot). The grounds are aesthetically pleasing with a great view of the mountains and the valley. I also liked that the hotel has its own loyalty program. We chose a hotel from this chain again in another city. Having a free-to-use washer and dryer is incredibly convenient and practical."

"The administrator was good. However, the room description stated 'window facing the courtyard.' I understood there wouldn't be a view, but I didn't expect it to be a window facing pipes. The entire hotel strongly smelled of sewage, or perhaps cockroach repellent. There was also a strong moldy smell. It was impossible to stay in the room. I think I even got sick from this strong odor; I felt unwell for the rest of the day. We checked out immediately in the morning and canceled the remaining two days. The hotel refunded the money."

"The hotel is newly built, so there's still a smell of new furnishings. The interior is brand new and modern, but a drawback is that the design isn't very ergonomic. For instance, the power outlet under the dressing table has a switch, so if you plug something in, it might accidentally switch off. Also, if you shower, water tends to spill out of the bathroom into the main room, which is a bit inconvenient, as shown in the picture. The room is also a bit small, making it cramped with luggage. Other than that, it's okay."

The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!"

They were very helpful in recommending restaurants, and the recommendations were quite good, with authentic local flavors. They even made reservations for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. Although there was a slight unpleasantness later on regarding bottled water, I felt it was mainly due to my own perspective, leading to a different understanding of the policy. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but my own, and it was resolved amicably. The hotel was very comfortable, with a quiet yet convenient location. It was a great experience overall. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff responsible for breakfast were very friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Da Lat, and I hope the hotel continues to improve!"
