"Very close to Da Lat Night Market, with plenty of small shops to explore nearby on foot. It's also just a few minutes walk through the back alley to Sunny Spa, a famous local chain for massage and hair wash. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. Having a laundry room is a great bonus. The grilled rice paper and avocado ice cream at the night market are both delicious."

"The location is excellent, right by the main road making transportation very convenient. There's also a plaza/large supermarket next door, and it's only a 15-minute walk to the night market. However, the hotel photos are a bit misleading compared to reality. I thought there would be a bathtub based on the pictures, but there wasn't. Plus, the shower pressure was weak and the water temperature was hard to control, which was a bit disappointing."

"Deluxe Garden View room is absolutely wonderful. The open-air atmosphere creates a relaxing and refreshing experience, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. However, guests should be aware that the room may receive some noise from the street in front of the hotel, including occasional motorcycle racing sounds late at night."

"Pros: It's a small standalone villa on a hillside, offering an expansive view of Da Lat from the garden. The outdoor garden and the two public lounges were the most satisfying aspects. The staff immediately helped with luggage upon arrival and provided service with a smile. Cons: The room was small and had no balcony. The hot water system was very unstable; it needed to be continuously on, otherwise there would be no hot water. After one person showered, another had to wait a while, which was a significant drawback in Da Lat's 15-degree Celsius nights. I contacted the front desk to explain the issue and requested staff to check it when I was out the next day. However, at 10 AM the next morning, a male engineer first knocked loudly, then directly swiped his card and entered the room without any prior phone call or communication! I don't understand what the in-room phone is for, nor how internal communication works. At this point, my experience was at its lowest. I had previously encountered hot water issues at the newly opened M-series in Hanoi, and this was the second time. I'm puzzled how this hotel earned its five-star rating. Both the hardware and software, inside and out, and down to the details, are at best comparable to a HUAZHU JI Hotel. While a lot of effort is evident in the decor and public areas, the subpar basic infrastructure is truly disappointing. The hotel has no restaurant and does not offer breakfast. Only coffee and tea can be ordered in the lounge area. To eat, one has to walk to a nearby cafe or drive to the city, which is very inconvenient. Finally, I'd like to thank Trip.com customer service for actively following up, handling the complaint, and arranging a refund, especially when the hotel was slow to respond. I always choose Trip.com because I feel secure knowing there's always someone to back me up."

"A brand-new boutique hotel. The room is comfortable: the bed is wide and soft, and the soundproofing is good – you can't hear any street noise, and there's no construction around. There's also a floor fan, as there's no air conditioning. The Wi-Fi is good. I stayed on the 4th floor in a room with a balcony, which had a city and sunset view. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choices! The brewed tea is delicious (not teabags), and there are pastries! The front desk staff always try to help if you have any questions."

"The hotel is new, so it's very clean and well-equipped. The rooms don't have air conditioning, so it gets hot after 10 am, but there's a strong fan, which is great. Alternatively, after checking in around noon, there's a fan to keep things airy. During the day, if it's not raining too heavily, opening the window is good for ventilation. At night, the view of the lights is romantic, but opening the window makes it a bit noisy. The room price includes breakfast on the 6th floor, but I prefer local food and have a motorbike, so I haven't tried it yet. Everything is basic for a new hotel at this price point. However, a huge plus is the bed with its super comfortable mattress and two pillows; the sleep at night and during the day is incredibly restful, great for those with back pain or difficulty sleeping like me. The headboard has power outlets for devices with chargers or just USB ports, which is super convenient. The bathroom is a separate cubicle, with a powerful two-speed hairdryer and a ceiling-mounted drying and ventilation system. There's a refrigerator, a safe, etc., all you need. There's a large full-length mirror and a big bathroom mirror. This hotel has an elevator and a large parking lot in front – perfect for families and those with cars. It's located near the recently popular tower, so during the day, when it's sunny, the streets are bustling with people taking photos and checking in. The reception and staff are very enthusiastic; during my stay, Bảo, the receptionist, was super helpful, cheerful, and pleasant! :D"

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"Excellent villa! It's clean, the towels are fluffy and smell great. The bed is comfortable, with two types of pillows, one large and one smaller, both very comfy. There's a small projector, which can create a very cozy atmosphere in the room in the evening. There's also a heater in the room. And another important detail, especially for ladies, there's a wonderful new hairdryer similar to a Dyson, it dries hair perfectly. The location is on a quiet street, silent at night, except for loud people returning late in the evening :)"

"We booked a 2BR w kitchen n living room however kitchen was not functional at all, its empty but staff support to get our food warmed up was efficient. Was a little disappointed that the onsen spa was not ready too, it’s not updated in the hotel website. Overall nice hotel with good service provided by the staff. Amenities need improvement. "I visited Haven on a cloudy, foggy, and rainy day, but Haven gave me a truly healing vacation. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, especially Trang, who inspired me about Da Lat and Haven with her love for this highland region, and Tuan, who remembered each guest's name and paid meticulous attention to every detail. Haven is quiet, romantic, and the nature and scenery are so beautiful that I didn't want to go anywhere else. From my room, I could see Tuyen Lam Lake; opening the door brought gentle sunshine, breeze, the rustling of pine trees, and birdsong. Next to Haven is the road to the summit of Pinhatt, a fairly easy route, about an hour up and 45 minutes down, with clouds swirling around. However, the wind was strong and it rained on the day I went, so I couldn't see the beautiful view as well as on clear days. The lake view was most beautiful when the wind blew, creating shimmering streaks of sunlight on the water and plants. It's a pity I couldn't add a video to show just how beautiful the nature was."
