New Hotels in Dalat

"This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam. Perhaps because it just opened, the price was incredibly reasonable and excellent value. I also really loved Da Lat; it's a quieter version of Dali, perfect for a relaxing vacation. This trip was a bit rushed, but I'd definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel service was truly exceptional and incredibly thoughtful! A little anecdote: I had booked a 3:30 PM bus to Nha Trang, but Vietnamese buses are often unreliable. Since I had a data SIM card, I couldn't make calls and could only contact the bus company via WhatsApp to check if they would be on time, but I didn't receive a reply for a long time. My flight was at 9 PM, so after checking out, I was a bit anxious and was thinking about what to do in the lounge. That's when a hotel staff member, My Quyen, kindly came over and asked about my plans. I explained my problem, and she quickly called to confirm the bus departure time and location for me—a huge help! Vietnamese people are very warm and friendly, but most hotels don't offer very personalized service. This Signature hotel truly excelled! I would recommend everyone stay here (genuinely, not a forced review)."

"We really liked the hotel. We spent a long time choosing it because it was important to us that the room had a bathtub, but most options only had a shower. Ultimately, we made the right choice; the room was just like the picture. Hot water was available 24/7 (you have to wait for the cold water to drain), which, as I understand it, is rare in Dalat. Cleaning was daily, and shower amenities were replenished. The room wasn't too cold or too hot; with the balcony open, it was fresh and slightly cool. If you leave the balcony open overnight, mosquitoes can get in; you'll need to bring something to repel them. The room also had air conditioning, or a split-type unit, possibly for heating the room, but we didn't use it. Drinks are available in the refrigerator for an additional fee; the price list is also in the folder in the room. The hotel is located near a lake, within walking distance of a Go supermarket, which is practically across the street, as well as a night market. The central square is also within 10-15 minutes, and Crazy House, a Catholic church, and other places are also within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They speak English, or can translate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Everything was great. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the city from the window. The bed linen was crisp and white—everything was perfect. They provided all the essentials—toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and cotton swabs. There was a hairdryer. We booked a room with a balcony, but they upgraded us to a room without one, but with panoramic windows. We liked it even more, so we stayed. The staff didn't understand a word of English, so you definitely need a Vietnamese translator on your phone. Otherwise, everything was great, thank you!"

"Совершенно очаровательный отель в горах Далата. Тихо, красиво, спокойно, удобно, чисто. Но добирались туда на байке, пешком долго наверное. Рядом много интересных локаций и огромная статуя Будды! В пяти минутах езды оживленная улица с едальнями, кофейнями и магазинчиками. Нам очень понравилось! Отель совсем новый и хозяева - молодая пара. Он неплохо говорит на русском и несколько раз был в Москве. Все вопросы быстро решались с заботой и душой Обязательно вернемся, когда потеплеет. Огромное спасибо за чудесные весенние выходные!"

"Conveniently located for sightseeing, including the sculpture village, waterfalls, Luwak coffee farm, and the hobbit village. The bus station is 600 meters away, and you can buy a ticket to Nha Trang for 250,000 VND. It's 1.5-2 km from the city center. If you don't like walking, you can, or even should, rent a motorbike (they start at 150,000 VND/day). If that doesn't suit your vibe, taxis are inexpensive. The hotel itself is new, CLEAN, pleasant, and small. The description and photos in the app match, and the staff is very polite. Rooms have varying views of the valley (magical), the city (fire), and no view (slightly cheaper). If you're staying overnight, you can get no view, but if you're staying longer, you can get a view! We booked a room without a view, but we upgraded to one with one. The rooms are clean, smell nice even on the lower floors, no musty smell, and the mattress is comfortable. I've stayed in four different hotels before, and this is the only one I felt like leaving a review for. This one lives up to its promises, both in terms of price and quality! For the first time, we slept well and rested; it wasn't too cold or too hot. Wine and glasses are provided in the room. It's Dalat, and it costs 150,000 dong. Breakfast features national dishes, and eggs are cooked to your liking, along with bread, vegetables, fruit, and pastries, coffee, tea, and juice. A bonus is the gorgeous view. We met the hotel owner at breakfast. He speaks Russian and was there for the Chinese New Year. He's sociable, polite, and pleasant, and inspires confidence."

"The administrator was good. However, the room description stated 'window facing the courtyard.' I understood there wouldn't be a view, but I didn't expect it to be a window facing pipes. The entire hotel strongly smelled of sewage, or perhaps cockroach repellent. There was also a strong moldy smell. It was impossible to stay in the room. I think I even got sick from this strong odor; I felt unwell for the rest of the day. We checked out immediately in the morning and canceled the remaining two days. The hotel refunded the money."
