"We chose a cheap room for one night. It was listed as having no window, but surprisingly there was even a small window and the room was quite bright. The location is excellent."

"This is a great hotel! It has a unique atmosphere, a thoughtful concept, it just doesn't want to come out of it. Many unique design details, you want to look at every corner from the hall to the bar on the roof. A million photos are guaranteed to you. We booked two nights, then extended for the night, and I left with tears in the eyes from being unable to stay longer... We were in two rooms big and with a balcony, and both incredibly comfortable. Breakfasts are aesthetic. Staff is very polite and delicate. It is rare for Vietnam hotels so highly appreciate the personal space of guests.."

"The room facilities of the homestay are quite new, the bedding is also good, the house is simple, the room is decorated with flowers, small and warm. The soundproofing of the house is average, and the soundproofing of the hotel in Vietnam is not good. There is an internet celebrity cafe soho cafe around the hotel, and there is a very authentic and delicious, very exquisite Italian email garden restaurant + homestay, this Italian restaurant is highly recommended. The first night of the homestay overbooked, we booked two rooms but the homestay reserved one. The little brother at the front desk was very nice and willing to refund us for one night, but their boss had to say that he was willing to arrange a bigger room for me. The result was the room opposite the front desk. I became the doorkeeper of the whole building. I think the noise is noisy and I said no to my little brother. His boss had to make this money. We didn't bother to accept it. The key store owner said: ”The room I gave you is bigger than the one you booked”, as if we took advantage of him. Especially uncomfortable. The room that was prepared temporarily, there were no flowers or hair dryers, and it was guarded at the door of the building. It was very noisy at night and in the morning. The little brother at the front desk service was very good, and he also sent Jasmine tea to apologize, but their boss was a bit mercenary and didn't like it. Services are reduced because of their boss."

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"The hotel is very luxurious, beautiful, and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. It's quite close to Da Lat market, just over 1km away. Another plus is its proximity to the famous Tao Ngo Chicken Hotpot with É Leaves restaurant in Da Lat. You can walk there in about 50m. This was a real surprise on my trip, truly delightful!"

"Совершенно очаровательный отель в горах Далата. Тихо, красиво, спокойно, удобно, чисто. Но добирались туда на байке, пешком долго наверное. Рядом много интересных локаций и огромная статуя Будды! В пяти минутах езды оживленная улица с едальнями, кофейнями и магазинчиками. Нам очень понравилось! Отель совсем новый и хозяева - молодая пара. Он неплохо говорит на русском и несколько раз был в Москве. Все вопросы быстро решались с заботой и душой Обязательно вернемся, когда потеплеет. Огромное спасибо за чудесные весенние выходные!"

"The hotel is new, so everything looks pretty decent. Breakfast is an acquired taste; the only European options are omelets or fried eggs. There seems to be a wide selection, but it's hard to find something appealing, and there aren't many fruits. The hotel's location is good, close to the lake, night market, and restaurants. Soundproofing, like in all hotels in Vietnam, isn't great. You can hear all the noise from the corridor and the road."

"Все было хорошо, очень приветственный персонал, также есть возможность взять мотоцикл в аренду, но вот единственное, шумно по ночам из за дороги, но если у вас есть беруши, то это вам не страшно) В общем, я рекомендую данное место! Обязательно берите мотоцикл и катайтесь по окрестностям!"

"I just had a very pleasant stay at Almira. The room is clean, fragrant, cozy design in true Dalat style. The location is quiet but moving to the center is very convenient. The host is extremely cute, quick and enthusiastic support. Full facilities, good room temperature, strong hot water, very comfortable bed."
