Degembris is an oasis of calm, hidden away in the beautiful Cornish countryside, perfectly situated for touring the county. The farmhouse is a delightful building and the rooms are furnished with taste and style, every comfort provided. Hannah and Andy are generous and friendly hosts, and Hannah's Cornish breakfasts are truly amazing, with a fantastic choice made from local ingredients. For me, the wildlife in the area is also an attraction, spotting woodpeckers and deer from the windows! Highly recommended; once you have stayed at Degembris, you really won't want to stay anywhere else!

Hannah and her staff were wonderful. So friendly and welcoming. The room was kept spotless and had lovely views across the lake. The offer of providing food/drink out for us when we had to leave at the end of our visit was a nice touch and much appreciated. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent place to stay , so nice and peaceful. Yet close to watergate bay and other beaches in this area . Delightful hosts and excellent breakfast . I would thoroughly recommend this perfect little spot.

A very pleasant welcome from our host. The room and the ensuite were absolutely immaculate. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. All in all the owners are to be highly commended and recommended.

The B&B is the farmhouse. They no longer farm so the fields that remain are being returned to wild flowers and woodland. A short drive out of Newlyn & well placed for St Austel, Fowey and the Eden Project. Helen, the hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a high-end en-suite. She cooks breakfast to order and both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Altogether a great find - we hope to be back.

Hannah and Andy were lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant location to local attractions such as Trerice Manor House and Friscal Beach beautiful. Very comfortable room with huge bathroom and extremely good breakfast! Would highly recommend a visit and will definately be going back. Plenty to do for children too!
