We had booked this hotel for a concert. Excellent choice : close to the stadium , close to the tram to go to the center before the concert , close to the convenience (broadcake , bank etc) parking (free)is a real more The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I recommend this place and one thing is safe , we will come back if he has a good concert at the Allianz !

We stayed here as it was a long weekend and Monaco Grand prix so there was nothing reasonably priced along the coast. Even the stay here was more than usual but we didn't expect more than a basic room, which is basically what we got. The check in was fine and the room as described. I would prefer a shower screen and not a shower curtain as well as a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries on the shower. The hotel is basically in the back carpark of a McDonald's, but wasn't noisy and was a short walk from the train station for the train or bus. No unsavoury characters that we saw staying at the hotel, mostly just families. The room did the job, but did have to use the aircon on only a moderately warm day as it got very stuffy. A ceiling fan would be more energy efficient.

Advantages: 1 The hotel is in the small town of Satellite City near Nice, the surrounding environment is good, there are also many convenience stores and restaurants, suitable for self-driving tours. The apartment also provides basement parking spaces. 2 The apartment room is large, clean and comfortable, spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable. Pots and pans are all available. Two huge balconies for dining at outdoor dining tables.
Disadvantages: 1The reception time of the hotel is limited. We arrived late due to the road. It was Trip.com who helped communicate. We only knew that the front desk put the key in the password box and picked it up. 2The shower in the bathroom is not fixed with the wall, and you need to take a shower with your own hand. This is too outrageous. 3The hotel Internet is very complicated, the login registration is French, can not understand the connection. 4All sheets are covered, you have to lay them yourself, all DIY

My daughter arrived mid morning. In spite of later checking they kept the bags for her to meet Nice. The facilities were nice and the room very comfortable. The staff super friendly and also helped her to get a super early taxi to the airport. At her checkout at almost 4 AM they even offered her breakfast to go. Little things make a hotel feel like home.. thanks,

New residence, very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. The accommodations with balconies face south with a view of the pedestrian square. The other buildings (mainly offices) obstruct the noise from the nearby airport. Slightly limited crockery equipment; fridge too small, you have to do the shopping often. Far from the beaches and the city center, you have to take tram line 2 to get there (nearest beach Carras 10 minutes by tram, less busy than those in the center); city center 25 - 30 min by tram. Close to transport: new Nice-St Augustin station (TER to Cannes / Antibes / Grasse / Nice city / Monaco / Menton) 300m away; “Grand Arénas” tram stop 300m away; Bus station for the west of the department (Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, hinterland) 500m away. No nearby business; the nearest supermarket is 600m away, Phoenix Park next door. ”Interparking nouvelle'R” parking nearby, but not very practical for SUVs and larger cars due to narrow passages.

The room is small. Breakfast has coffee machine, cocoa, milk, juice, and various breads. It is worth the price. 50 meters from the hotel is the No. 2 tram, each ride costs €1.5, but you need to buy a recharge card for 2€. You can refund, but there are few refund windows and the time is short. It is best to buy a 7€ one-day ticket for both rail and bus. Take the 1st and 2nd tram from the airport to the first stop for free, and you have to pay for the next ride.

Reception was shocking, everytime we needed assistance the wait was long and customer service not good, no one could be bothered. Small bar not a problem but no stock not even ice. The indoor pool was a good size but guest were allowed to walk in and out through the dining area wet with no shoes on straight into the lift. There seemed to be a lot of young people and familes being housed there, again not a problem but there was no hotel experience or service for the paying guest. The rooms were really nice and clean lots of space but the night we arrived one guest had been beaten up and had to be attended to by paramedics and police. Not sure how they got in as needed key card to enter lift. The saving grace for me was the roof terrace and pool, good space, lovely pool and the fact that were english and the weather was hot for us we had the whole area to ourselves as it was to cold for everyone else. The train runs almost directly behind the hotel which is cheap and a good way to travel in and out of the center. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport, in France Côte d'Azur, for a short relaxing holiday under the sun. This hotel is very modern, built in glass and overlooking the airport with its runways. Location is good because you can take the bus or the tramway to every spot of the city of Nice, or catch the train from St. Augustin railway station, just 5 min walking, to other villages of the Côte. Check in experience was very smooth and professional, they upgraded my room to the Club Level as per Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership, along with breakfast and Lounge access. The room itself was very nice and large, with big windows facing the tram route but very very quiet, no noise during the night. There were a huge TV and a comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee machine. Very good restautant for breakfast and a la carte dinner, not a huge selection but tasty dishes and very nice personnell, trés sympa! On the top floor there is a beautiful terrace (with swimming pool during the season) overlooking the airport and the sea behind it, where you can suntan. On the other hand, Club Lounge service and offerings could be improved to be up to Marriott standards in Europe. A big plause to the young and professional staff!
