This hotel was so CUTE! The staff was warm and friendly (and very accommodating with our lack of French knowledge). The rooms were fully furnished (down to having a curling iron in the room!). They provided cute snacks and beverages upon arrival. Just so many small special touches. We had the best time! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again for sure! <3

Stylish contemporary lobby, restaurants and rooms. Good location with old town area five minute walk through park and plazas- a dozen glorious churches, great French linen and fabric store L’Epingle a Linge here. Many chic clothing stores nearby- not just Gucci etc, but small, local with exciting window displays. Pretty parks and gardens nearby. Hotel rooms have very large decks with comfortable teak furniture and great views even from rooms on side. Pick up fabulous bread, sandwiches, pastries and desserts from Armand patisserie that is two blocks away for lunch on your deck. This is a good alternative to 20 Euro/person poor lunches in area. Almost all restaurants in the area are touristy so have poor food and are expensive, but there are half a dozen Michelin restaurants within a ten minute walk that are affordable unlike Paris at 200 Euros. (Peixes, Chez Davia, Le Canailes, Fine Gueule...) This is a busy hotel that many tour companies use so there were busses constantly unloading people for the four days we were there. The front desk staff are always busy checking in guests and at check in made no eye contact and just said ”passports”, passed a paper to us to sign then said the room number. When we asked for advice twice (should we take a taxi or bus to the train station and would Monaco or Cannes be better for a day trip) the staff were dismissive and not interested in providing advice. People we talked to sitting around the bar at the end of the day said they could not get recommendations for restaurants from front desk staff. On busy oceanfront promenade with many cars but rooms are soundproofed well.

The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby. Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.

Location and facilities were all satisfactory. Just at the time of check-in, a white male employee said that there was an issue with the standard name I booked and offered to give me an apartment room next to the hotel without an exact explanation. There was a problem with the room, so they gave me a bigger room, so I followed up and found it to be an old and smelly room. So, I asked, and there is a room that is currently being repaired. If you want to wait, I will wait. I will wait. My wife and I both felt it was racist and wanted to make a complaint at checkout, but we had good memories of Nice and didn't want to talk anymore, so we quit. I hope that the blonde, white male employee who works in the afternoon must realize his mistake and know that the color of his skin is nothing.

Hotel management is disappointed. Rooms are too cramped and small, bed linen are smelly and carpets are not well cleaned. Though the location of the hotel is amazing, but over all the experience at the hotel is below par. Had to choose this hotel as all hotels in nice in that area was booked. Rooms were just Below Par and the size of the wash room was too small not even proper space to wash hands. Definitely not staying here in the future. However the lady at the reception named Justine was very kind and well behaved. But others were not even half as nice as her. Other reception manager was not nice at all. Waste of my money. Stop marketing as a heritage hotel- a heritage hotel does not mean the rooms will be dusty wash rooms unusable and cramped. Not to mention the beds were horrible, mattress was just horrible and Infact my stay here was almost without restful sleep.

Breakfast is good, you can fry orange juice by yourself at 12.50 euros per person. The front desk answered the questions in detail. There are only six rooms with sea view. There is no way to see the sea. But when you go out, you can turn to the sea. It is a frog. The Internet celebrity shop is a 7-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. The airport is a little farther from tram2 tram2, 13 minutes walk away. Overall, the price is relatively high. The price is a duplex although it is not big. It is the first time to experience this structure. The other rooms in the hotel should be the same.
