A very family friendly and enjoyable place to stay. Positives: The organisation and pre-arrival info. Great facilities for kids - lovely play park, indoor games room, swimming pool, sauna and steam room at the Ibis Hotel next door which is included in stay. The suite was cleverly designed with kids beds in corridor to enable a lounge area. Kitchen very well kitted out. Very safe and quiet atmosphere. If needed, you can eat at the restaurant at the Ibis hotel, which is very handy for kids as has a small play area in it and interactive table with digital games on-food was fine! You can also get takeaway pizza from them. The little welcome pack with cloths and washing up liquid etc is very useful. It would have been a 5 if not for: Expensive parking (0.90c per hour) - there is free parking in the street but it’s in an industrial estate so didn’t feel very secure. A few things in the suite were broken eg bin lid, one shelf fell off as soon as I touched it and the shelf in fridge door fell out when I tried to put milk in it! These were minor things so I didn’t contact reception for support but I’m sure if I had, they would have been helpful. Location is a bit isolated BUT there are lots of great attractions/beaches you can drive to in a short time. Too bunk very high and as others have said tricky to make up so I think next time I would pay for them to make the beds!!!

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very nice. On the other hand, very disappointed with the comfort of the beds. In the bathroom, no towels and no shower gel for washing.
First time we had to make our own bed! I don't know if we will come back...

The accommodation was very clean.
However, what was missing and an absolute no-go was that there were no towels, not even in the bathroom, luckily we had a towel with us.
Unfortunately, there wasn't even anything for showering or washing your hands.

Zeer mooi appartement. Wij verbleven met 3 personen in n appartement voor 5. Daardoor hadden we zeker ruimte genoeg. Misschien wordt het met 5 personen krap, vooral de stapelbedden. Een zeer mooie, praktische badkamer en keukentje. Doordat je gratis gebruik mag maken van de wellness in Ibis hotel, vond ik het zeker de prijs waard! Wij namen ook het ontbijt in het hotel, ook zeker de moeite! De mensen van holiday suites belden ons voor en tijdens het verblijf of alles naar wens was. Zijn heel begaan met gasten! Het ligt wel n stukje van Nieuwpoort bad, maar we hadden de fietsen bij. Wij komen zeker terug!

Petit appartement fort agréable pour nous 4. Tout ce dont nous avons besoin est sur place. Par contre niveau hygiène… c’est à revoir, les draps sont tachés et les housses d’oreiller aussi! Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’isolation, malgré que nous ne soyons pas nombreux dans le bâtiment, on entend dès que quelqu’un ouvre ou fermé une porte. Le parking est une honte 0,90€ de l’heure avec 1/2 heure gratuite pour le déchargement des bagages. Nous avons eu un problème de code pour l’entrée, nous avons dû attendre que quelqu’un vienne nous aider, la demi heure était passée. Les lits étaient confortables. Nous avions un logement 5 personne pour 4. Heureusement celui qui aurait du dormir au 2e étage du lit superposé, ne pouvait pas levé la tête (ma fille de 6 ans a tester) Bon séjour mais il y a des choses à améliorer.
