The food is good. And staff is friendly. The room is a bit small.

The quality of food and hot springs is very high. There is a shuttle bus arrangement. The environment is very beautiful. The snow festival arranges a shuttle to and from the venue at night. It is worth recommending

Thank you so much for kindly coming to pick me up even though it was so late and there were no more trains running.
I will continue to use your service.

The place is tired & worn out. Thumb up for the 3 baths (outside and inside hot spring), thumb down for the food. Very disappointed by Heike's okaribayaki that looks great on photos but didn't taste good. I wonder if that was because we were part of a tour group. The less variety but the better quality of food would be appreciated.

It was an early check-in tour, but we were made to wait in the lobby until the usual time. There was no welcome drink or anything. The only amenities provided were a thin towel and a toothbrush. The hunting food was served cold, skewered on the grill, so we had to cook it ourselves. Only a bite of meat and sashimi. The staff greeted us, but when the EV arrived, they got in first, even though there were guests waiting. This is not a place to stay if you pay a high price. Cheap chain hotels are much more considerate in terms of service and amenities.
