This room is relatively small compared to other hotels. It is better to add 100 more and stay in a suite. Other things are OK, and the price-performance ratio is average. There is a beef ramen restaurant downstairs, and Sanjiang Supermarket is close for shopping. The breakfast is OK. There is a smell of newly renovated room when entering the room, which is not very good.

It is quite close to the highway entrance and exit. There are plenty of parking spaces in the hotel's underground garage, and there are charging stations for Teladian. It is very close to the surrounding commercial plaza. The hotel facilities are very new, and the breakfast is rich. After all, it is a Hilton brand, and it feels good in all aspects.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the check-in procedure was very fast. It is worth mentioning that when I mentioned that the hotel pillows were uncomfortable, the staff immediately provided me with latex pillows. This meticulous service made me feel warm. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds, which made people have a good night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich and convenient. There are many shopping and dining places around, and it is very convenient to travel. There is a subway station near the hotel, which is very convenient to go to major attractions in the city center. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely choose it next time I come here!

This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Regarding this experience of staying at Ningbo Hotel, the experience was great. Because we came here for tourism, the front desk staff heard that we were here for tourism and enthusiastically introduced us to the special attractions and snacks in Ningbo and its surrounding areas. They also gave us a map of Ningbo attractions very considerately. The hotel is very close to various attractions. My partner and I were originally special forces-style tourism. Choosing this hotel greatly reduced the time we spent on the road, allowing us to have more time to experience the attractions in Ningbo. The front desk staff was really enthusiastic. Just like my friends, as soon as I entered the lobby, the staff came to greet me. The service throughout the whole process was very thoughtful. Because we were here for tourism, we had a little more luggage. The guy at the front desk enthusiastically helped us to bring the luggage to the room. Thank you very much to this guy! The equipment in the room is also full of experience. The room is intelligently inductive. No electricity card is required. There is electricity as soon as you enter. I feel that because it is a newly renovated hotel, the decoration style and equipment of the room are more in line with the preferences of young people. The air conditioning in the room is also very powerful. Ningbo has cooled down recently. We checked in for about ten minutes, and the room was blown warm by the air conditioner. It was very comfortable. The bedding is also very rich. The mattress is very comfortable and soft. It also comes with two types of pillows, but I like slightly harder pillows, so I specifically asked the front desk staff for a buckwheat pillow. I have to say that the hotel's equipment is really complete, and there is also a mini bar in the room. The drinks in it are still free. The service and equipment are impeccable. The river view outside the window is also very amazing. I can overlook the scenery of the most luxurious area in Ningbo. The breakfast variety is also very rich. It is in the form of self-service, both Chinese and Western. It is really delicious. There is also a free gym on the sixth floor, and a free swimming pool is provided. When checking out, they will also be very considerate to ask about the check-in experience and give us hotel souvenirs. This check-in experience is really superb

A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!
