I had booked after seeing the reviews. However, the hotel was not upto the mark. Check in was smooth. However, none of the staff knew even little English so had to use translation app. My original booked room had some noise coming in so they upgraded it for free, kudos to that. The rooms were tooooo small. No basic amenities like wardrobe. Hangers were available but no allocated space to hang the clothes. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee machine had only Espresso available. No cappuccino or latte was available. The front desk team was always available to help via wechat since none knew English.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

This hotel was renovated and upgraded in 2024. The room we stayed in was 55 square meters. The whole house smart system allows the lights, curtains, and TV to be switched with a touch. The combination of zero-pressure mattresses and buckwheat pillows makes the sleep quality soar. The most delightful thing is the grand view of the confluence of three rivers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows-when night falls, the lights of the cruise ship and the city skyline complement each other, as if the prosperity of the entire Ningbo is in full view. The buffet breakfast on the 24th floor, freshly cooked Ningbo glutinous rice balls are soft and chewy, and a cup of freshly ground coffee overlooking the river view is very comfortable. Start a day full of vitality. The hotel is conveniently located (only 5 minutes walk to Tianyi Square), and the hotel also has supporting swimming pools, gyms, laundry rooms and other facilities. The staff are very enthusiastic-actively help with luggage, patiently introduce surrounding attractions, and even give maps. This trip refreshed my understanding of Ningbo's urban scenery. I look forward to meeting again next time and continue to explore more beautiful things in this city!

The hotel is very well positioned. I stayed there for work, so it remains close to the factories (15 minutes by car) and at the same time very close to the subway. It stays in a nice part of Ningbo city, right in front of the cultural plaza, with many places to go eating , shopping and go for a walk. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and they had a good service. The only part is not very good is the laundry, that have only 1 dryer and 1 washer. They both appear to be a little bit older, but work perfectly. Sometimes they are being used, so you have to wait and be a little bit lucky not to have more people waiting. All other parts were excellent and I will definitely come back in the future when I come to Ningbo

The room facilities are very new. The environment is also good. You can see the river view. The hotel facilities are complete. The service attitude is super good and always keeps smiling. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again next time

The hotel is conveniently located. If you want to eat, you can go to the Cultural Square, where there are old brands and several distinctive Western restaurants. The room is simple and warm in design, the intelligent system is very convenient, the bed, pillows and quilt are all comfortable, and my picky husband also praised it. The city night view is great, thanks to the beautiful lady at the front desk for the free upgrade of the room.

The hotel is newly opened, the brand is guaranteed, the environment is clean and tidy, and the surrounding area is a relatively mature business district that can be guaranteed for eating, entertainment and leisure. The underground parking garage is spacious and easy to enter and exit!

When I booked, I was worried about whether the facilities were too old after reading the reviews. But when I entered the hotel lobby, everything was different from what I thought. First of all, the lobby was spacious and magnificent, and the air was fresh and pleasant. When I walked to the front desk, there was a special etiquette staff to serve tea and guide. The front desk Xiao Wu had a very good service attitude, warm and thoughtful. When checking in, he would first ask us about our room requirements. The high and low floors were still far away from the elevator. The check-in process was very easy. Secondly, less than 10 minutes after arriving in the room, there was a welcome fruit snack. Although it was not a smart voice, the layout and decoration of the room were very good, and the bathroom was also very comfortable. There was a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a password box in the room. The room gave me a feeling of being very careful and carefully laid out. What made me feel most satisfied was that the bed sheets and quilts in the room were very skin-friendly, and the bed sheets and quilts were very soft. They would not be very hard like the bed sheets and quilts of other grades of hotels. One thing is that I hope to add a circle of light strips to the full-length mirror behind the bathroom door in the room, which would be much better. Finally, I think the hotel's swimming pool is a very distinctive part, which adds a high added value and a full sense of experience! There is also a large breakfast restaurant with many varieties! This was a very good stay experience. I could feel the attentiveness of the hotel staff everywhere! Highly recommended. I will stay here again next time I come to Ningbo!

Stayed here for three days and two nights. The hotel staff was very nice throughout the whole trip. The service was as good as that of a star-rated hotel. I feel like it is a treasure-level hotel! The environment is comfortable and elegant, the breakfast is rich, and they also gave us warm water when we left, which was great.
