Everything's very good! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and you can get free ice cream, popcorn, and tea whenever you want. The staffs are so kind and welcoming, although our Chinese is not that good, they tried hard to communicate with us.

This is my second stay at this hotel.
- Location : Prime location , close to major shopping and dining
- Transport access : Though itās right on yaohang st., but car does not reach the hotel. You need to drop on the main road or in front of Westing and Walk to the hotel.
- Breakfast : A wide selection of local and international food options.
- Rooms : Very spacious and comfortable rooms .
- Amenities : All standard amenities are provided.
- Extra perks : Best in town - They offer you wash and iron of your laundry at zero cost.
The hotel also offers some bean soup desert in the evening and goody bags with water bottle , tissues and wet wipes .
The staffs goes extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction which offsets the few short Cummings. . I will certainly come back .

A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

Excellent location near Drum Tower and metro station. Budget hotel with laundry is great but dryer not working so well. Require 3 cycle of 40mins to dry my clothes rather than 1. Recently refurbish but the door doesn't close well and need some adjustment. Mould on sink could be easily remove with right chemical.

AalnuaimiThe best hotel that I stayed at on my trip.very creative lobby with top design , location very good near a huge mall wanda plaza and can access all Ningbo tourist areas. The hotel team is very corporate and takes care of all details and , rooms will have equipment and big space and very nicely designed specially the bathroom. My family likes this hotel and plan to stay again.

NNgaire323Our family, including our two little boys aged 1 and 2, had a lovely break from Ningbo in the mountains at this hotels. The surrounding scenery is peaceful and beautiful and the outdoor pool is fantastic - very large, clean and good for kids. Our room was spacious (though it probably needed a deep clean a little more often - under the bed was a bit dusty!) Overall the hotel is a great place for a short break with young kids. Some areas could do with a facelift (i.e. the shop by reception is empty and has boxes sacked in it) but kids donāt mind this and what they do love is at the hotel - a pool, balance bike riding area, soft play center and an evening petting farm (which was very well done!)

GGuest UserBest Hotel we have visited in China within itās cost to service ratio. You get real value for your money and this experience is therefore unmatched by any other hotel we have stayed at.
From arrival, you are welcomed at your car with a friendly portar that accompanies you to the reception desk with your luggage and after check-in to your room. Check-in was quick and easy with the friendly and efficient staff.
We had only told the hotel it is an anniversary stay. Our room was made-up with folded swan-towels on the bed and scattered balloons with rose petals.
You can go for a walk throughout the area all the way to the nearest swimming beach built on the lagoon (Ningbo Binhai Thousands of People Sand Beach) entry fee of 30RMB per adult on weekdays and 60RMB on weekends. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel has a bar where you can have cocktails and food professionally made with some of the best ingredients. Donāt get dissuaded by the price tag. (I would however say the service is extremely good but slow during the week at the bar. ) Be patient, relaxed and enjoy the bar. It is worthwhile and great value. Would highly recommend the Burger and Mojito.
The staff left us a complementary fruit and cake basket with a bottle of wine and some soup for a night snack.
You can visit the Chinese Fishing Village in Xiangshan. It cost about 646RMB to go there and back and the ride takes between 90 and 120 minutes. Entrance is 60RMB per adult. You can rent a tent and chairs at the beach for 100rmb for the first hour and 50rmb for each additional hour. I would highly recommend taking your own towels with some water bottles to wash your feet when leaving the beach. You can pay 25rmb per person at the facilities next to the beach to wash your feet or take a shower(the facilities are not good). There are slow Quad Bikes to ride on the beach and Jet Skiās on the water. The quad bikes are about 100RMB for 15 minutes.
Room service can be sent to your room with the food kept warm in a small oven under the kart for your convenience.
When requesting some water or small items at night, the staff can sometimes send the items with a robot to your room.
The hotel has a swimming pool that you can use anytime within the schedule. We could use the swimming pool any time between 08:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening. You can request a towel at the pool reception desk on the swimming pool floor.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a break away from busy life. You can come here to relax with world class service at a valued price.

KKantabuliyazhangchangzongFirst of all, let me introduce the location of this hotel. It is in Ningbo. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Old Bund. It is a quiet place in a busy city. The scenery of the hotel is very good, but the sound of cars is relatively noisy in the good places, but the places behind are much quieter. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, and there is a parking lot. There is a Japanese restaurant upstairs. The ingredients used are very fresh. Go to the Old Bund at night, and there is also the Catholic church. It is really beautiful. The breakfast of the hotel is considered to be better for this price. There is also a better fully automatic coffee machine. But I donāt know why, your beans are really hard to drink. It feels too bitter. I hope the hotel can improve this. Otherwise, it is not worthy of this machine. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. She answers all questions. I hope this price can be maintained continuously. The mattress is very soft. The support is also good. The shower in the toilet has a top spray. It is much more comfortable than the top spray of Hanting Youjia.

DDan R-LTruly stunning. A warm welcome with amenities and extras all explained. Booked a spa treatment and dinner from the front desk.
The lake facing room had the best view I've ever had from a hotel. A shuttle service to take us to the spa village. The spa treatments were in a cute massage house with excellent service.
Dinner was at the fish restaurant which had a variety of reccomended dishes as well as meat or veg options. This allowed for a nice walk back in the evening going around the grounds.
Good facilities with a lovely indoor pool and a games room.
Breakfast had a huge amount of choice that was constantly being refilled. One downside was children running around with whistles blaring but that is down to poor parenting not the hotel. Nice again to walk around the grounds after breakfast.
The room had a comfy bed and huge windows to show the view. A very nice bath too but it would've been improved by including some bath salts or bath lotion.
Downsides - the air conditioning in the room wouldn't drop below 24Ā°, fapiaos were a little complicated and not exactly how we wanted it, the shuttle buggys could be slow to arrive and the drivers could dissappear and you would wait for 10 minutes with no driver. The 'Red bar' was also closed so no where to go for a quiet drink.
Overall I would give and 4 3/4 stars out of 5

MMattia MianiSure, it is a stunning resort and overall we enjoyed the experience. However it is far from perfect. A few issues to consider:
1) I booked a deluxe room and relying on the picture I was expecting a sofa bed on the balcony. There was no sofa bed! Bummer.
2) The bathtub is quite small, mostly for one person.
3) The guest rooms feel/are quite distant from the lake. The view is so so.
4) The resort is not really on the lake, there is a road separating it from the lake. so no rooms or villa really on the lake.
5) They mention a shuttle bus to nearby Hanling old street, but it was only running every 2 hours and needed booking... a bit complicated for a 4 minute ride.
6) The main building with the lobby has very limited facilities. Just a small deck for outdoor dining.
Overall ok, recommend to book on a weekday when the price is cheaper. I give 5 for service because it was a busy weekend and personnel was all very professional and efficient, but I did not experience anything exceptional. I tried the high end Chinese restaurant that was good and also the breakfast in line with a 5 star hotel.

JJamieI booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as itās old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
