The hotel is okay at an average level, but compared to this price range and in Ninh Binh, it is not worth the price. Hotel staff are not professionally trained, breakfast needs to improve the quality of drinks.

The hotel is very good, perfect rooms and garden, a perfect place to rest. The problem is that the service is not serious. They told us that they had motorcycles available at the location and they kept us waiting for almost 1 hour until a truck arrived. In the afternoon at 7 p.m. when we arrived from the excursion they still did not have the room ready, in addition there was a lack of a bed for the daughter in the room, they came with a trundle bed of 80 that is not the one indicated in the reservation of 120, also when we went When I slept, the cam was broken, the middle wheels were missing.
