Wyndham Garden Cross Lanes Charleston

Friendly staff. Entrance doors from the parking lot slammed when closing. This crashing noise was disturbing. This went on day and night. These doors did not lock so we’re not secure to intruders. Our family was on another floor and had the same door noise complaint. Bathroom shower head was corroded and toilet shoddily caulked. It was not a clean,safe or comfortable experience.We won’t be back.

Our stay was not pleasant. The noise was horrible, the pool was dirty, and they ran out of breakfast way before it was over. We couldnt even get a cup of coffee. There was no one at the front desk to check out so we left our keys.

Everything was as it should be. Appreciate the fridge and microwave. Secondary entries need work (d door is completely broken). And hall carpets need replacing. Room was great though the stuffed chair is very dated.

Very nice property. We liked the bar, the grille, and the hot breakfast choices. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel was nice but one room had mold in the ac unit. Smelled of smoke and bleach. Staff were outstanding with their service and friendliness.

The Pool was falling apart. The Room had chips in the walls and carpet was being pulled up in a corner. Toilet Handle kept getting stuck in the down position. My wife and couldn’t get more than 2 towels. The Continental Breakfast was a joke…The hotel was packing and they didn’t have enough food for everyone was forced to spent money instead of receiving my free breakfast. Nice area around the hotel. If I ever come to visit Charleston, WV I will never stay here agai .

Room was not up-to-date it wasn’t clean the air conditioner had no knobs like someone ripped them off the TV flickered and didn’t work mind you me and my fiancé paid $150 for one night in a king size room. The breakfast was overcooked and the front desk service when checking out was very aggravating, asked for a late check out and the front desk woman wasn’t very friendly at all, rolled her eyes and had an attitude had one towel in my room. When I asked housekeeping for another one they made it out to be like they were super limited super shortstaffed it was a fight just to get an extra towel $150 a night was not worth it. It had the same quality, as if we were staying in the red roof Inn or Motel 6

Locks on the outside door were broken. Door frame in room was full of finger prints. Shower would only get luke warm.

Loved the breakfast, it was very nice that they served the hot food and had 2 waffle makers. It is just a dated hotel and needs updated, it was as clean as it could be for a dated facility.
