Nice ambiance wooden finished interior vintage vibe , staffs owner so friendly it’s located in walking street but I’m stayed in non air conditioned room shared bathroom

The hotel has gone seriously down since my last visit. I expect the owner is more interested in other things than looking after guests. Mosquitos everywhere. Lots of water tubs make a great breeding ground. We saw larvae in the tub in our bathroom. The so called "superior" rooms are no better than the "standard" rooms. Building project going on. Third and last stay for us.

It’s a home stay kinda thing. The room I booked in doesn’t have bathroom in it but have to go to the ground floor for bathroom. It’s pretty reasonable for the price. They have a dining place next to the river which gives you an amazing view. The stuffs are nice and speaks very good english. The coffee and tea are so good but it’s not free(don’t worry it’s cheap). Doesn’t have air conditioner in my room it has two fans but one was enough for me. The environment gives you a natural vibe.

It's fine for a night. Doesn't have AC only fan. There are many mosquitos but at least there is a net over the bed. The bathroom is shared and again many mosquitos. Staff are friendly. Good location

A riverside guest house that gives good value for $. In house restaurant for convenience. Nice quiet environment.

Good location. Many restaurants around. Very close to night market.

Booked a room with lowest price. Got room 17. The Guesthouse is right in front of the riverside and next to the Walking Street. Old room with shared bathroom where hot water didn’t work. When I informed them, the lady immediately came to check. Will take time until they can fix that. I showered in another shared bathroom. The photo I posted is the area in front of the guesthouse. Very beautiful!

Very relaxed stay. Mae nam Kong view. Rooms look very good and well maintained. Staff very helpful. Very good location. Price quality very good.

Charming place with your charming colourful hosts pao and Julian who have been running this place for many many years! This guesthouse is located on the river serves good food in a pleasant environment. Most do the rooms do not have ax but the fans are fine. Please check it out!
