An excellent hotel, comfortable, clean, and beautifully scented upon entering the room. A perfect staycation for those looking to escape the city. Will definitely return

Good location near from Nongsa ferry and convenient to call a taxi through Gojek. Facility and room are a bit old, but good for family or group with reasonable price.

Our first staybat Turi Beach did not disappoint! Great getaway great value. It was easily accessible by Gojek from Batam Centre. The room we got was sea facing at the second level, simply amazing. The pool was spacious. The breakfast buffet offerings were great too. Opuld definitely come bacl here again.

Hotel has been around for quite some time, but generally well maintained. Great for families as there are quite a few activities for you to choose from. Take a stroll down the beach even if you prefer to just relax. Massage is also great. Highly recommended.

Great place, really enjoyed the water activities and breakfast as really nice. Staff were super helpful and friendly too, made me feel welcomed.

Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water. Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste. Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude.

Have not stay here since 10 over years ago. Glad to see that the room have need renovated. The white interior enhance the big space, love the big space in the toilet/bathroom area. Room service was quick and food was good. Overall a pleasant trip.

The environment is beautiful, with the entire resort is surrounded by trees. The staff are very friendly, and a welcome water is offered upon check-in. The resort provides shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, bathrobes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two bottles of mineral water. Towels are changed daily, and bed sheets are made daily. The hotel itself has two swimming pools with exceptionally clear water. Resort also offers a taxi-calling service, but the cost is relatively higher than Grab. Very recommended

I visited Turi Beach Resort, Batam with my husband. He was there for a company team-building trip, while I travelled on my own for leisure. Security at the resort is quite strict, which made me feel safe. All guests and vehicles are checked before being allowed to enter. The resort has a beautiful seaside view and a very relaxing holiday vibe. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Do note that the resort is located away from the city. If you prefer nightlife or city activities, staying in Batam city would be more suitable. However, this resort is ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the different egg options, and the porridge was very nice too. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Stayed at Turi Beach Resort and had a very relaxing experience. The resort has a peaceful, laid-back vibe, perfect for a short getaway from Singapore. The beach view is beautiful, and the sound of the waves makes it very calming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some areas are a bit dated, but everything is well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and assisting whenever needed. The pool area is nice, and there are water activities available if you want something more active. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and dining by the sea was a lovely experience, especially during sunset. Overall, Turi Beach Resort is a great choice if you’re looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. I would recommend it for couples, families, or anyone wanting a quiet beach retreat.

The private beach is quite enjoyable, like no crowds, clean, and peaceful. There’s activities like kayaks, banana boat etc with paid services. There’s activities food price at the resort consider not cheap. The breakfast is quite varied options and not bad. Stayed at tirta seaview so the the sound of waves is able to hear all the time which is quite refreshing. Lacks of amenities in the room is like no fridge, no bathtub, the pathway would be wet and be careful for slippery on the way back and forth to the room and the lights are quite dim at some points. Besides it’s a good place for relaxation, will go again for next time.

The hotel initially assigned me a room that was clearly not clean and appeared unused for a long time. After my complaint, the hotel sent cleaners and later changed my room. The new room is much cleaner, but I experienced inconvenience and delay due to the initial room condition.

Booked seaview room but all my views was blocked by all trees.cleanliness is so so, alot of dust around the corner. The glass door was too old and couldn’t even open up. The unit is very old. Bathroom easily accumulated by water after bath. No food delivery allowed and end up can only spent my dinner in resort’s restaurant which is super over-priced. Very unpleasant stay.

Turi beach resort is so sweet! They decorated the room so nice! Love everything here! Definitely will come back again thank you so much ☺️
