Comfort Inn & Suites

There was a problem with our room when we arrived. Staff quickly found us a new room. However they do intermitently rent out the pool and close it off to people staying at the hotel, the bathroom could use some cleaning as well around the edges of the tubs as I found some mold.

I had booked on *******, the room wasn’t even the room I booked online? They told me they don’t have rooms like that? It was very dirty, staff was always outside smoking and never at the front desk. They knew I had 2 kids with me and when I called the front desk they wouldn’t answer bc they were smoking of coarse. I had to walk down stairs and ask for bedding for the pull out couch that had urine stains all over it! The door handles were falling off. Mold in the bathrooms, my son is in a wheelchair and I had booked a handicap accessible room that stated it had a bar by the toilet? Well it didn’t and he could barely get in the room in his chair? It was suppose to be smoke free but it smelled horribly of smoke and mildew. I definitely did not get even close to my moneys worth. Very disappointing! The ladies at the front desk told me they were short staffed and were having a hard time getting rooms cleaned and ready? But they were literally standing around smoking the whole time.

Very large rooms and a very good breakfast. The dinner at Shoney's was terrible.

This is an older facility. The carpet in the lobby and hallway was worn and dirty but the room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Remodeling going on but was in a room that was mostly done. Bathroom needed a little paint yet but the rest of the room was like brand new. Did not hear any construction from the remodel

Wprse hotel ive ever stayed in. Toilet didnt flush properly and backed up. Notified hotel staff and they did absolutely nothing to remedy the issue. Attempted to contact the manager this past monday but couldn't get ahold of her. I want a refund.

In the middle of a remodel. But, We would stay here again.

We booked a total of 6 rooms for 3 nights each. The first room 209 the tv didn't work, after several attempts to get it to work, they noticed the cable had been clipped. It took up over an hour of our time. Then were moved to room 215 where we noticed the next morning, the shower wasn't working correctly. They said they would have someone come check it out. We asked 2 different times to have someone check it out. They said the manager, Amanda, would contact us. When she hadn't responded before we checked out, we called on our way home. She then said oh it's working now so I don't know what you are talking about. We have a video of the stream coming out of the showerhead. The next room was 212 where there was food on the floor, the furniture was all broken apart. The wall register was broken apart where the air blows out. My child could have stuck their hand in and been hurt. That room was moved to room 211 after that. That room had a toilet the ran constantly unless you shook the handle after every use. On top of bad rooms, the only working ice machine was on the third floor. The continental breakfast was majorly lacking too. I would not recommend staying there.

I would not stay there again. The AC unit could not be used because the smell was so bad. This was the poorest condition that I’ve have ever seen in a Comfort Inn.
