Really easy when checking in, staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we had booked without breakfast, they still gave us all the times in case we changed our mind as well as the times for the food and the bar. The room was clean and just what we needed for a getaway. Plenty of space and it had really good space to store our belongings away. Good amount of plugs, especially having one either side of the bed. Bathroom was clean and a really good size. Wifi was included, which made it more appealing as usually when we go away we have to pay extra!

I only stayed for 1 night on a business trip but would have been happy to stay longer, was surprised by the reviews but most poor reviews are now dated. There is a small car park next to the hotel and you just put your registration into the tablet at reception to avoid a parking fine. From the moment I arrived the staff were so welcoming, my room was on the top floor and there are no lifts due to the age of the building but there are plenty of landings to stop on the way up. The room was clean, warm and the bed could have slept 7. Lovely ensuite with walk in shower and the towels were hanging over a warming radiator so were toasty after the shower and they were super fluffy. I ate in the restaurant for my evening meal, it was very relaxed, even with a disco going on in the main room, the ceaser salad was tasty and a good sized portion, the bread and butter pudding was amazing ! Once you leave the bar area you can't hear the main room disco. Your breakfast is made to order and there is a selection of juices, cereals and bread for toasting while you wait. The food was served on a warmed plate and was just right to set you up for the day. The staff throughout the stay were nothing but friendly and helpful.

I have stayed a few times once for a while on my own and it was the staff that made it for me they were so kind nothing was to much trouble and I drink a lot of tea so needed lots of top ups lol I felt very safe here I have worked in the industry myself so I know how hard they all work they have a great manager there customer service is amazing 5 stars will always stay here when I town thank you Lorraine

I stayed at premier inn Northampton for 2 nights,my trade union made the accommodation arrangements for me, iwas attending a union reps conference a short distance away. I was put in an accessible bedroom, which I didn't like,not enough storage in either the bathroom or the bedroom, the carpet wasn't clean enough,the toilet was stained and dirty,Glen very kindly cleaned it for me, he is wonderful, as are Gail and Emilia. Nobody told me on arrival that ypu actually have to.ask for your room to be cleaned,so when I got back from my conference yesterday afternoon, I was met with an unmade bed and no clean towels,I had to get some myself from reception,this annoyed me. This morning, as I was preparing to check out,I found a pair of dirty mens socks underneath my bed,how disgusting !!! On.the plus side, the breakfast was nice,the staff are all lovely and good at their roles,but you need to train your cleaning staff to pay more attention to detail,I've stayed at many different premier inn hotels and many different locations, the standards here are just not good enough.

Good value for money on the motorway with food hall and shops and garage nearby.. Our room was comfortable and clean with no problems.

It's ok. Rooms are very small. Shower was good wofi ok. Bed very comfortable Noise carries a little in the rooms. Breakfast was continental. Nice coffee but choice was bland with food They want you out by 10 in the morning so be aware.
