Very good location and excellent service. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Close to many attractions and overlooking the pedestrian street is a bonus. Great views from the rooftop at night time, restaurant was lovely and breakfast had lots of good food. Room itself could have been bigger, but that is a trade off for the premium location. Wish we spent more time here and in Guilin.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here last December with friends when we visited Liuzhou, and both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The location is superb; even our Didi driver mentioned that Qingyun Market and Wuxing Street are easily reachable on foot from the hotel! 😂 Of course, my favorite part is the spacious bathroom. This stay felt even better than the last; everyone was so warm and attentive. The breakfast offerings were also very satisfying. Although I didn't get to see the musical fountain this time due to upstream flooding, the hotel concierge informed us beforehand, which is understandable as it's an act of God. I'll definitely choose Wyndham again on my next trip to Liuzhou.

leaving a 5 star review because it was clear that management was going to punish the receptionists if i did not. overall the stay was very good and the location was prime. would recommend to anyone coming to Guilin to stay here. the room we were in had a great balcony none of the staff spoke any english, but that is okay. the fans in the room were slightly dusty, and could use a clean.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and the room even has a small sofa to lie on, which is very comfortable. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. Environment: The environment is good. There's a bit of noise since it's in the bustling downtown area, but it's very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options downstairs. It's also very close to Zhengyang Street. Service: The service was excellent. They gave us a souvenir and even an extra breakfast.

Very satisfactory stay experience. There is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the lobby. It is very comfortable and upscale. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also rich. A mini bar is also provided. I really recommend it. Friends who come to Hechi can choose it without hesitation.

The hotel's location by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is perfect – it's peaceful yet central. My room was window-facing, but it wasn't noisy at all. I booked a queen room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super king room. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely green view, which was such a delightful surprise. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, with great amenities like a smart assistant (XiaoDu), an electric bidet toilet, a heated towel rack, and a direct drinking water dispenser – fantastic value for money! The service was also very thoughtful; during my two-night stay, a butler handled my laundry daily. The downstairs restaurant served delicious food too. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip; it definitely enhanced my Guilin experience.

The location of this hotel is simply magical, right in the heart of the Longji rice fields. However, the language barrier was a real challenge. Even with a translator, communication was often limited to “hello” and “yes,” which made it difficult to organize activities or transportation. The included breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent and very generous. As for the skylight in the room, which was supposed to offer a view of the sky, it acts like a mirror in the evening... too bad!

Our stay here was incredibly solid and heartwarming, truly deserving of its reputation as the top choice for a Chongzuo visit. The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. It's literally right next to Taiping Ancient City, so stepping out means you're immediately at the 'dagtiehua' (iron flower) performance. The hotel lobby's design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style. I particularly loved the hotel's courtyard-style design; walking in immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly handled. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a truly peaceful night's sleep. The room was incredibly, incredibly quiet. It's also worth mentioning the staff's attentive and appropriate service, with a gentle and polite demeanor. A special shout-out to Liao at the front desk, who was consistently patient and helpful with communication – big thumbs up! The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with practical and complete facilities, offering both quality and warmth. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again next time.

One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time…amazing view with a hot tub in the room! The bed was also super comfortable and room was super clean, water pressure was amazing. The staff were also super helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Location is super convenient with Didi’s all around even in low season and everywhere is less than 30 mins away. You can also rent an electric scooter to drive around. The staff also appears to be capable of handling foreign staff as there were people from many different countries staying there. This is not a given in China. Also, they offer cheaper rates on some attractions like Impression and Romance shows.

I was incredibly satisfied with this hotel, I absolutely loved it. The receptionist was very kind and even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a balcony with a great view. The room's amenities and supplies were very tasteful, and the bed was so comfortable, I had a good night's sleep every night. The café on the 5th floor offers stunning views of the Li River and the surrounding mountains. There's free afternoon tea every day, and you can even try on traditional ethnic costumes for photos. It's close to West Street, so you can easily explore the night market in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, especially the Guilin rice noodles. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
