The hotel we chose for this trip was amazing. Its location is super convenient, right on Yangshuo West Street, so you can just step out and start exploring. The hotel's overall vibe is cool and industrial, with a sleek and sophisticated design. Every corner is picture-perfect and Instagrammable. We opted for the family room, which was decorated incredibly cutely – exactly the kind of style kids would love. The hotel also offers a self-service breakfast, and the rice noodles were delicious! GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier.
I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson – a truly unique experience!
And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

GGuest UserStaying at the Versailles Hotel for my trip to Guilin was a great choice! The location is absolutely perfect, really close to the train station, and it was super easy to get taxis to all the attractions. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops right around the hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were quick and helpful with check-in. My room was meticulously cleaned, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the high-floor view was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the freshly made Guilin rice noodles were authentically delicious. They even have a self-service laundry room and a large parking lot. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

Facilities: Everything is new. There's a crispy chicken vendor not far downstairs that's quite tasty. It's also right next to the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill, so the location is excellent.
Environment: The room is very spacious, with a small coffee table where friends can gather for tea, which is very comfortable.
Service: The staff are very friendly. The breakfast has a wide variety, including Guilin rice noodles, coffee, and even iced water and milk, so you can make your own iced Americano or iced latte, which is really nice. The tea eggs are flavorful and delicious, and you can make your own sandwiches with the bread. There's also fruit and specialty oil tea – it's really great. The restaurant staff even communicate with foreigners in English, which is impressive. This hotel clearly trains its employees very well, they seem to have a certain political awareness.

QQihuyoutianxiaThe location is great, making it easy to arrange transportation. It's right at the end point of the bamboo raft cruise, so you arrive directly at the hotel. It's the first hotel in the village and has several restaurants nearby. The environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with a Yulong River tributary flowing right in front. The hotel even offers electric scooters for exploring the Ten-Mile Gallery. Both the hotel and the rooms are very new, clean, and well-equipped. The service is excellent and attentive; all the staff are polite and greet you warmly. They deliver a fruit platter, nuts, and candied fruit to your room daily and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The breakfast is delicious, and the 5th-floor restaurant offers the best views. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I've stayed in many great guesthouses in recent years, but this one is probably my favorite, and the price is reasonable.

DDuduflyCame to Guilin with my parents and kids. The hotel was easy to find, straight from the airport. 1) We booked the Little Yellow Duck family room, which the kids loved, especially the rooftop pool on the 9th floor – they didn't want to leave! From the rooftop, you can see the distant scenery. Breakfast was also great, eating by the window with a view was very pleasant. 2) The hotel is close to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas, both within walking distance. 3) A very sweet lady at the front desk escorted us to our room, gave us an introduction, and reminded us to keep the door closed to prevent mosquitoes. Indeed, we weren't bitten, and there were mosquito repellents plugged in many spots. We had two young children, and they thoughtfully provided kids' toothbrushes and slippers. When we left, a friendly young man on the rooftop gave us a mosquito repellent spray. Highly recommend!

PPengtaaleinasiGuilin Lake Hotel boasts an excellent location – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustle, directly facing Guilin Lake's picturesque scenery. The garden setting is serene, and the service is warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a great foundation and top-notch views, but unfortunately, the facilities are a bit dated. I sincerely suggest the owners upgrade it to a Holiday Inn Resort. With IHG's standard quality and resort brand experience, it would perfectly suit Guilin's vacation appeal and surely become even more popular and competitive!

CCristinaZhangSeriously, what a find! This guesthouse is located at the highest point in Jinkeng Dazhai that's accessible by car, which saved us a lot of uphill walking. From here, it's just a 10-minute walk to Observation Deck No. 2 and 20 minutes to Observation Deck No. 1. The rooms are equipped with all sorts of high-tech facilities, spacious and comfortable, with a faint scent of tung oil. The large balcony offers direct views of the stunning rice terraces, perfect for time-lapse photography, or simply lounging around, daydreaming and sipping tea – a truly relaxing experience. We stayed here for two comfortable nights. The guesthouse even has an elevator, making it super convenient to get to the fourth floor. The owner's cooking is absolutely amazing, and even breakfast was very generous. They served complimentary homemade rice wine with every meal, and even gave us a souvenir when we left. The owner is incredibly thoughtful!
