A very reasonable price with onsen! The staff were super nice and will teach you about onsen even if you are going in for the first time!

I arrived a little before check-in time, but thank you for accommodating me. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so I enjoyed a walk around town for dinner. The hair dryer in the large bath is ReFa, and hair oil and milk are also provided, so the next morning my hair was smoother and silkier than usual! The bath was crowded because it was during the holidays, but the mall hot spring was also good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, a nice view, and the staff were very friendly. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

There is JR Obihiro Station nearby and many restaurants. It is a hotel worth choosing.

The location was great. The rooms and facilities were a little old, but we had a comfortable stay. The hot spring water was good, but the open-air bath was a bit disappointing.

There are many positive reviews about the hot spring (however, it is heated and circulated, not natural spring) and the food, so there is nothing to add. One thing to keep in mind is that if you stay multiple nights, there is no cleaning on the second night. In fact, staff will not enter the room. Most people assume that after taking a bath in the morning, they will put their bath towels and yellow towels in the collection box near the dressing room, and towels for the second night are provided in a plastic bag hanging from the doorknob. Meanwhile, the trash can, bath mat, towels in the bathroom, and indoor clothing are left unattended. It may be energy-saving, but considering the trouble of having to tell the front desk that you can leave some things as they are but that you want them changed, it would be more efficient to put up a talisman saying "please clean." Also, the "rest room" in the bathhouse seems to be a space for day-trip bathers only, and I felt an atmosphere that you should not enter.

It's right next to Obihiro Station. The hot spring is underground, and the large public bath has water at about 37 degrees, and the open-air bath has water at about 42 degrees. I read that the mall hot spring is slippery, but I didn't feel that way. The facilities seemed old, but the rooms were clean and there was a humidifier, so it was sufficient. The breakfast was really delicious. It was the best I've ever stayed at in a hotel. The view of the mountains from the window was also pleasant.

The temperature control for the heating was broken and we couldn't adjust it, so it was very hot. That was disappointing.
