Cheap service unpleasant , odors I will not stay there again I will not recommend.

Absolutely filthy floor. In the main room and bathroom. It was sticky all over and with marks from shoe prints. We used a towel to wipe it in the bathroom and the towel looked like sludge afterwards. We ended up using a series of small towels to walk on to get us from one side of the room to the other to avoid blackening the soles of our feet. There was a tv in the room but no remote. We asked for a remote and they gave us a generic one which also didn’t work with the tv. No coffee in the room, and only two small bars of soap so no shampoo or conditioner. The towels are tiny also. The room key didn’t work the first time so we had to go back to reception to get another key.

The room wasn’t very clean and it had roaches. 2 out of 3 office staff was very rude. Room was extremely small. Id spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

Hotel was amazing, front desk very friendly... I'm not a complainer so I didn't report anything but too many drunk people and too many loud pets...

Very loud place door don’t shut completely. Rude checkin experience he was getting mad at me cause I paid cash deposit. Then at check out they refused to give me the $50 deposit back

The guy at night is not very friendly. Seams to just be there for a paycheck. Doesnt greet you, or answer, even when told thank you.the sheets were old and had cigarette burns on them. The sink faucet didnt work. Had just a small drip. Not a good stay

Got to the room there was no bedsheets toilet paper no towels and the room was filthy there was still travel sized shampoos in the shower the room was horrible looked like someone just literally had moved out before i went in the room

They gave me the wrong room. I qsked for a double bed king i got a handicapped queen. There was cleaning supplies in the bathroom and i was not aware of the $50 desposit I demand a refund
