It was very enjoyable, the food was great, the bars and especially the bartenders were very talented, greetings to Kadir Bey and his amazing cocktails.

Beautiful hotel, with polite friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are a good size with great facilities, a well stocked mini bar and very clean. Shower is great and well equipped with all you will need. Food was amazing. We travelled with family members with allergies and staff go above and beyond to advise and provide a variety of choices. The kitchen staff are amazing and the waiting staff are attentive and always available. Cleaning staff always offered a smile and greeting. There are endless supplies of good quality drinks and the QR code ordering makes everything so easy. Entertainment was varied and caters for all with daily updates via what’s app. Breeze bar allows for beautiful sunset views and although a pebble beach it was lovely in the sea and on the pier. Aqua park was good fun and there is a variety of activities through the day. Pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of loungers. Locally there are bazaars and shops within walking distance and close to Alanya and Antalya. Plenty of day trips available and a great customer relations team available for advice. Couldn’t recommend enough. Travelled in June/July so weather was perfect too!!

The Hotel is absolutely stunning. Rose was always on hand to help if there were anything that we needed. She always wore he best smile and had a can do attitude.

The staff, the atmosphere, the food, the service as well as the hygiene is literally on top. Exactly what you would expect from a 5star hotel, especially the Kirman Hotels. Recommended - won’t regret.

Among the hundreds of hotels we’ve stayed at, this one stands out as the absolute best. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with valet service and a seamless check-in process. They offer a 24/7 WhatsApp concierge system where you can ask anything — and always get an instant reply. Every morning, they send out a schedule of the day’s activities, and you can reach out anytime to ask, “What should I do right now?” and get real-time suggestions. Special requests are also handled smoothly through the same system. Meanwhile, the flow of complimentary treats never stops. If you’re traveling with children, they provide literally everything you might need — before you even think to ask. The room cleanliness was impeccable. Each evening, we returned to find our room as spotless as the day we arrived. The in-room minibar — including whiskey, beer, soda, snacks, and various teas — was replenished daily without fail. Anything we requested from reception was delivered to our room in under five minutes every single time. The food? Absolutely outstanding. We learned that they work with Michelin-starred chefs, and it shows. Whether it’s seafood, Asian cuisine, or traditional Turkish dishes — every bite was top-tier. Food is available 24/7 in a wide variety, and their patisserie could rival any high-end café you’d find outside the resort. At the pool, you can order any drink — alcoholic or non-alcoholic — via QR code, and never waited more than five minutes for delivery. Evening entertainment is exceptional — a different performance group comes in every night, and we actually found ourselves looking forward to the shows. Cleanliness standards are beyond belief. As someone who works in the service industry, I can tell you: achieving this level of hygiene is nearly impossible. Anything spilled on the ground is cleaned up in under one minute, no matter where you are in the resort. Alcohol selections are top-shelf, bottled beer and branded ice creams are available everywhere. The only downside, if we had to mention one, is the sea itself — which of course is beyond the hotel’s control. After just 10 meters, the water gets about 2 meters deep. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be for some. Still, this is typical of Alanya’s Okurcalar coast in general. In short: this hotel is worth every penny. If I knew I wouldn’t get bored, I could honestly spend the rest of my life here.

The welcome and service given by the staff was exceptional. Great food, great scenery with wonderful facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, but not as big as I initially thought. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which contributed to our have a great rest each night. Would have been great to try all the Al la carte restaurants as a few were closed, I think due to the time of year, and how busy the hotel was at the time. Overall we don’t feel like we missed out as the food provided at lunch and dinner were delicious and of a consistent high quality.

Everything was five star with amazing hotel facilities including the food and animation. We spent great timer in the room which od cosy. Drinks especially cocktails with import alkohol was Perfect. We loved the hotel and definitely be back.

We have just come back from a week away booked with Jet2 and came the first week of kids Easter holidays. Having never been to Turkey before or done all inclusive we had no idea what to expect. The season is just starting so the hotel is very quiet but getting busier. This means no queues for food or the bar. The selection of food in the restaurants is fantastic and caters for every diet. We arrived at midnight and they put on food for us in the 24hr restaurant. We also booked the seafood a la carte which was wonderful with a great view of the sea. The range of drinks available from the bar is absolutely brilliant too. The bar staff are very good at cocktails and the service via roller skates to your sunbed is a lovely touch. Each of the bar staff took their time with us and our kids to build up a rapport and there was no expectation of tips. Umut (roller skates guy) was a fantastic barman - he’s great. The pool areas are superb and there is a heated pool which is just the right temperature for young kids. The main pool and slides are chilly in the early season so be wary. There is a team of lifeguards who are very good. We had a little accident with our 5 year old and they helped immediately and there is a doctor on site too. The animation team have been putting on a few different events and competitions which have been good fun. There is a kids mini disco and entertainment every evening. The team are great at getting people involved and they look like they really enjoy their jobs!! I must say a massive thank you to Okan in particular. My son loved him. He spent so much time getting him involved in games and my son became his shadow for the week. Okan is simply brilliant with children. The games room is amazing. Free pool, bowling etc etc. this is one of the best things for kids. Ours spent so much time in there and the man who runs it was great with the kids. There’s a mix of people here from the UK, Turkey, Russia and Germany. Everyone is super friendly. The staff are fantastic. Literally every interaction we’ve had with a staff member has been a real pleasure. Everybody is so friendly and it feels like they genuinely want you to have the best holiday. Guest services was really helpful and when a private transfer we booked went wrong, they gave us so much help. They also checked in on our son to make sure he was ok after hurting himself. You can rent a PlayStation 5 for free for your room- a great little touch. The rooms are clean and serve a purpose. My only minor criticism is that beds aren’t massively comfortable. The range of free toiletries is very good, as is the minibar. They come round daily to replenish most things. We had a room with a whirlpool tub on the balcony and another one with just a sea view balcony. Late check out wasn’t a problem and was €10 per hour. The beach was open but the jetty isn’t yet. It’s a sand, shingle and pebble beach so you’ll need beach shoes. There isn’t much else in the vicinity so if you wa
