Very Good

We book an 85 sqm villa for 5-6 persons, we could cook light meals after shopping at the nearby supermarket. The stay was after our day trip from snow wall and took us 15 minutes drive to check in here. It's quite a relaxing day with family after the tiring trip to snow wall. The TV screen is a bit small but there are 2 dining tables, one large table for 8-10 persons with possible outdoor BBQ and smaller table inside for 5-7 seats with electric stove, fridge and microwave set up. There are 2 bedrooms for 6 upstairs and a bathroom and a toilet downstairs next to the kitchen and indoor dining table. Overall experience was satisfying. 😻

The staff are very kind and attentive. the cottage it has everything. it has a big heater in the living room, and a small heater in every room and also in the toilet. kitchen, you can just get some grocery at the supermarket and cook it yourself they provide cooking stove, pots, pan, and kettle. they also lent the sled for free, so my kids have snow activities every morning with new snow.

Beautiful chalet, have all you need. Hotel beside a river. Nearby has a nice onsen which the hotel recommended. Staff are very helpful. Just note omachi doesn’t have much restaurants operating at night. Family Mart or Seiyu helps, but you need a car to go there from hotel.

1. The house is very clean and well-maintained, with complete cooking utensils, dishes, cups and bowls, and a large refrigerator. You own the entire house, including a dining room, living room and 2 bedrooms. Parking is also very convenient next to the house. 2. It is a 20-minute drive from Ogizawa Station, suitable for those who drive to visit Tateyama Kurobe. 3. On the first night, we encountered a magnitude 5 earthquake in Nagano. The epicenter was nearby and the whole house was shaking noticeably. The staff arrived quickly to inquire about the guests’ safety and were very attentive. 4. It is suggested to add a sofa, because not everyone likes to sit on the floor in the Japanese style. 5. Please bring your own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste as they are not provided.

The accommodation is very beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone when I arrived in Tokyo. I contacted the hotel and they sent it to me by post within 1 day. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay there again if I have a chance.
