The hotel itself was great, and it's super close to Universal Studios. However, I stayed for one night and they charged my deposit twice. I figured it would be cancelled, so I confidently checked out (since self-checkout is common in the US). A week later, I saw over $400 charged to my card! This is absolutely ridiculous 😡😡. I paid for all my food and fun at Universal Studios directly, and didn't spend a single cent at the hotel! Trip.com is actively looking into it, so I'm waiting to hear back. 😔

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Although it's an Inn, it's definitely a cut above your average Inn. They offer free shuttle services to a few parks, and you can get early access to Epic at 9 AM and Islands of Adventure at 8 AM just by using your room key. Even on your check-out day, you can still use the early park admission; just let them know at check-out that you'd like to keep your room key. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and a shop selling food and drinks, and across the street, you'll find a KFC and a Walgreens. There's also a direct bus to downtown, which is pretty convenient.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Epic, and they offer shuttle services to both the new and old parks. The staff were all very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the dining options are a bit limited; it would be great if there were more restaurants and choices.

Guest UserI stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping service at all. When I checked in, your front desk staff informed me that housekeeping would only be provided once every two nights. So, after staying for two nights, I specifically spoke to a housekeeping staff member before going out and asked him to clean the room. He said he had noted it down. However, when I returned to my room that evening, nothing had been cleaned at all! I even had to call to request towels.
This made me feel that staying there at that price was not worth it at all.

The exclusive hotel of the world, the price is not cheap, the biggest feature is that the three stays in the world will directly send one of the two parks unlimited and fast hotels, so if there are many people, the price/performance ratio will go up.
The decoration is characteristic, the room is quite large, including washing is more spacious.
It is not far to go to the two old parks around the world. You can walk, you can also take the shuttle bus or boat. There is also a bus to the new epic park.
The parks that go to the world have early admission rights, including the latest epic park, so staying in the park is full for playing buff.
The service is good, the room card is a global IP, a variety of patterns can be selected, and it is also an early entry and a fast pass certificate. It is sent to the guests after check-out.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

The inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides.
But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again. Ashley it early check in and late collection was very helpful

shaoquanReasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers.
Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects.

I booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a two-bedroom with three beds! It was so spacious for just one person. The official hotel shuttle was practically on-demand, no waiting at all. The restaurant in the lobby has really long operating hours, so you'll never go hungry. Plus, staying at an official hotel means early access to the park, which was a huge bonus. Everything was absolutely perfect.
