Universal's Aventura Hotel

We took our annual leave and traveled to Orlando to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. We stayed at Universal for three days: one day at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and the other two days at Aventura Hotel. Since our English is not very good, we had to ask the staff to repeat themselves many times during check-in. At Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, we could feel the staff were clearly impatient with us. By contrast, Holly, who assisted us with check-in at Aventura Hotel, was truly an angel. Noticing that we were not fluent in English, she spoke very slowly and patiently, making sure we could understand every detail. She also carefully explained our room location, the hotel layout, and all the restaurant options. Her thoughtfulness was incredibly helpful and made our entire trip far more pleasant and stress-free. I will absolutely recommend Aventura Hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Universal Studios, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to Holly for her flawless service.

The hotel is very modern, rooms are lovely and each floor is well designed with lifts in middle so easy access to all rooms. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds, towels and bar

Very clean room, the receptionists are polite

We stayed here for the early admission to the park, and for the shuttle bus. The location is so convenient for the park, and it was the best division to stay here. Rooms are nice, hotel is spacious, we had only one day to do Universal/ Islands of Adventures, but by staying here and the express pass we literally did everything in one day. Just make sure to use their 7 AM shuttle bus! The pool is pretty, but it’s too cold to swim in January. Would def recommend this hotel!
