Having used one of these hotels a few weeks ago, we thought the standard would be the same. It is very uninviting, and is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The bathroom in particular, did not appear clean. However, the food was good and the staff in Reception/dining room were very cheerful and polite. Definitely would not recommend a stay here. It needs to be closed and refreshed.

My wife and I have been using Campaniles for the past thirty years. We have noticed a reducing standard but never experienced anything like today. The food and service in the restaurant was disgraceful .. cold food and sub standard table service. We complained about the food and the waitress ran away laughing. Our use of this hotel chain ended today.

Functional and good for bedding down for the night. I used as a bed for passing through on a long drive and it was good for that.

The staff were really nice. We had had a really long drive in the snow and it was great to be welcomed so warmly. Our room was warm and clean. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The location is nice, other hotels in Orleans are on an industrial estate but this is in a wooded area. We would recommend this hotel.
