Booked two room, only got one room password, a lot trouble to get the second room password.
The room door lock us out, unable take our baggage, wait outside over an hour in a cold winter for door to open.
Very poor, no service at all.

洗濯機(お風呂場乾燥機付)があり長期滞在も快適にできます。四ツ橋駅近くで交通の便が非常にいいです。
これから宿泊予定の方に気をつけていただきたいことがあります。
予約後にフォレスティ心斎橋ホテルから身分証明(写メでOK)提出のメールがきます。身分証明提出後に部屋番号、鍵の暗証番号がメールで来ます。
身分証明を提出しない上記のメールはこないので気をつけてください。

Room condition was great and size was a plus only downside was that the sign is quite small so spotting it was a little hard. The check-in information email contained a detailed guide on how to find it though. The email was not automatically sent to me though I had to request it but their response to my email was very quick and helpful!
