The hotel location is good and the front desk staff is very friendly, the room space is acceptable only thing is the toilet is a bit small for me.

Cleanliness is great with location that is near to namba station and dotonbori. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are a few eatery around the hotel but did not try it due to eating at other places. Amenities are not a lot but good enough for us. I also love the sense of humour when the cleaning staff put the cat doll that we won the other night on our bed 😂

Hotel Location is very good easy to walk to Dotonburi The room big enough.

Room was surprisingly and pleasantly big and spacious. We opened luggages, bags and still walk around easily. The only area that is cram is outside the toilet, which is located to the right of the beds. As the door opens toward the beds the space to navigate with the opened door is small for anyone which a bigger build. Toilet is bigger than a twin room toilet. Location of the hotel is superb for travellers who are keen to be walking around shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and Namba area.

Very friendly and nice receptions, quite spacious considering very near to the shopping street.

Best hotel

Japan is generally clean. Although the hotel is small, it has all the necessary toiletries, desks, TVs, etc. Most importantly, it is very close to Dotonbori, just a few steps away, so it is very convenient.

The hotel's official website is under construction and there is no official email, so I had to make an international phone call to confirm the reservation, but my worries were for naught, and the service and room were better than expected. My mother, who went with me, was very happy that she could open both suitcases and that the space was spacious. I knew in advance that the bathroom would be small, but it was big enough for a woman between 165-170cm tall. Except for the musty smell coming from the curtains, I was really, really satisfied with everything!

The room is spacious, clean, and soundproof, so I slept well. The location is convenient, Dotonbori is just outside, and it's about a 10-minute walk from Saibashi Station, so it's just right for a stroll.

Maybe the hotel is old and many facilities are aging. The staff has a good service attitude and will solve the problem in time. If it can't be solved, they will apologize to us. The sanitation is OK. The air conditioner is clean.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in the center of Dotonbori, so it was a good location to stop by during sightseeing. I had two rooms, one was a bit cold and noisy because I could hear the street noise at dawn, and the other was warm and noisy. I think there are differences between rooms. The bathroom was a bit small, but most accommodations in Japan have small bathrooms and are for short stays, so it was okay. Above all, the friendliness and location were good, so I would like to use it again next time I go to Osaka.

The counter staff was very friendly. After checking out, when they found out that we had left something at the previous hotel, they enthusiastically helped us call and inquire, and we got it back smoothly! And the hotel is very convenient to Shinsaibashi!

The staff provided good advice from check-in to luggage storage and check-out. Overall, everything was okay.
