Hotel is so good. About 400 meter from JR Shin Immamiya. Mega Don about 350 metee from hotel. In front of hotel located Tsutentaku tower. Very recommended to all travelers. They also provide luggage keeping for free after checking out. Will repeat again if i coming back to Japan

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and helpful.

Because hotels are too expensive on weekends, I tried to choose a homestay. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. The balcony faces the Tsutenkaku, the hygiene is good, and it is spacious enough. There is also a kitchen and a washing machine. It is very convenient to go shopping outside. The only drawback is that the room of one of the beds is a bit dark because there is only one air vent facing the building next door. Turning on the light can solve the problem. The ventilation is not too good, but it is acceptable. There will be the sound of vehicles outside at night, and the bed sleeping in the living room can hear it. Other than that, everything is good.

The balcony of the room faces Tsutenkaku directly, and it is very close to Shinsekai and the JR subway station. There are two rooms. Although they are not big, it is very spacious for two of us to stay in one room. Although it can theoretically accommodate four people, I personally think that this apartment can accommodate up to three people, otherwise it will be a bit crowded with luggage🤣 The first floor provides a variety of daily necessities and bicycles for rent in a self-service style. Because the balcony faces the rail transit, earplugs are also provided, but I didn’t feel it was noisy when I lived in the room next to the balcony. People with poor sleep may need to be more cautious, or it will be quieter to live in another room. In general, it is a very cost-effective apartment!

I stayed here during my 5-day trip to Osaka this time. Check-in instructions are clear and convenient. It's very close to Kansai Airport.
